Very attentive and helpful staffs”
This is my second time stay in win star hotel. The first time stay was very pleasant where the room was clean. However second time visit is disappointing. The room given me was dussty. I somehow clean it anyway. Then it was the air con problem. It's fillty dussty and not cooling at all. I bear for 1st night until I can't take it,but to call for attention. The tech came cleaned it and it works just as poorly. Then it was the bathroom water problem. The water pressure was really weak. Also the face tower is never change, because I noticed a stain mark on it. On second thought; I may choose not to stay at this hotel anymore. The hotel staff service is still undeniably very good. They are attentive and helpful and speak English language. I hope the hotel can improve on room cleanliness.

We arrived hotel in the morning and they offered me a good breakfast + we check-in our room at 9am. The bed - toilet are clean. Breakfast is good. Near Mahamuni Pagoda, so easy to walk around 10mins.

Exceptional Hotel”
Pro :1. Very nice breakfast ,many choices both porridge & rice and fruits 2. Staff are very kind, prompt to assist when asking. 3. Location : surrounding has no any tourist attraction,except Mahamuni temple( 15 min on foot -to join daily sacred ceremony every early morning for washing the face of Mahamuni Buddha) 4. Room is spacious with TV and refrigator. Cons: the closest minimart is a bit far.

I'm terms of value for money, I got what I paid for. However, there are several other places I've been to that charge essentially the same amount and the level of cleanliness and the state of the facilities is are much better.

I went there for one day and my experience was super bad... I had to change my room in the middle of night... air con not working properly, doors not locking properly insects in room no curtain on glass windows no proper service worst experience ever... wont recommend this to anyone else...

ผมเดินไปไหว้พระตอนตีสามครึ่ง ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ห้องก็พอได้ เมื่อเทียบที่ว่าราคาไม่แพง ข้าวผัดและก๋วยเตี๋ยวอร่อยมาก น้ำซุปก็อร่อย ขนมหวานก็อร่อย ถึงแม้อาหารจะน้อยไปหน่อย แต่โดยรวมก็โอเคมาก วิวสวย อากาศดี มีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักที่นี่
