One suites come with 2 bedrooms”
Initially i didn't check carefully the suites facilities provided. There was no WIFI Available actually. 2weeks before we stay there got notified by host, they would install WIFI. Thats great. Laundry powder provided for us to do laundry. Can cook in the suites. The cons is TV channel all malay, only 1 channel “8TV” is mandarin. Too bad for my parent who need to watch TV before sleep.

Host was really nice ”
Host was really nice but the room was kinda small for the price , the shampoo and soap provided were just 1/10 of the bottle that we need to bought our own shampoo from mart . All in all , 8/10

PRICE AND LOCATION OK, BUT U HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 10MIN FOR THE LIFT. EVERYTIME THE DOOR OPRN THE LIFT IS FULL OF TRAVELLER.

No Aircond, for night is ok but when noon there s bit hot. Late check in and early check out. Management told me they have to clean the room after last tenant. As result they took more than 4hours and even delay my check in.

Newly built and clean ”
Pros: - Newly built so everything in the room is still new and clean. Hope can maintain like that for coming years - Easy parking - great facilities - plenty of restaurant around for food Cons: - At gohtong jaya so its a drive away from the Genting Hilltop. Suggest to have a car for travelling. - lift was wet due to people not drying themselves after swimming and just step inside the lift. - another room with a single bed is extremely small. Travel with family on Dec 2019, 2 rooms apartment.

Futon cover has bad smell, but able to buy fabric freshener and claimed to their management. Outside view is ok. Internet signal is weak. They provided empty shampoo / body gel, but after requested to their management, they have provided again.

Our 1 night stay at the apartment was a horrible experience. The unit did not have wifi nor was it equipped with a TV box. In addition, there wasn’t even air conditioning installed in any of the rooms and there was a strong stench from the bathrooms. Worst of all, bugs would enter the apartment relentlessly. The only things that we can give credits to the apartment is the good location (many restaurants nearby). Please be alert that the host will only give instruction on how to get the key half an hour b4 check in time 3pm. Not a friendly host.

No chance to drop by to the swimming pool as it only open from 1pm. Common toilet smelly due to no ventilation. Other than that, all good!

Door and key issue, Facilities damage ”
Can't open the door, the key got stuck in the door. Kept turning but to no avail. Issue not resolved during the stay. Kettle cannot on, housekeeping bought new kettle. This issue resolved. Hob suction damaged, cannont power on.

Love the view from this apartment, rooms layout and design are quite modern, bedrooms are clean and comfortable, except for the mothball smell and fourth guess have to sleep on the mattress. Kitchen are well equipped, fridge are quite big, apartment comes with a washing machine, and heated pool on the roof top are quite enjoyable.
