Initially booked Windmill Upon Hills, but previous guest extended their stay. We got upgraded to 3 bedroom unit in GEO38 instead, and that was the BEST UNIT EVER! Thanks to Cik Zarina of 7stonez for the arrangement! Will book again in the future! 👍

Location for checkin was located around shop lot. Once check in you have to find your own apartment tower this might be challenging. The room that i get was at 12 floor the last room far away for elevator. The house was big with 2 room and also having living room. Wifi was super fast and everything inside the house was good. Only at kitchen area people can see u from outside because the curtain was transparent. Parking space was good and also swimming pool was awesome with hot water pool. So my kids can swim at night. Better to booked at Windmill instead of Mindmill because a little bit far from outside.. Overall stay was satisfied and suitable for those travelling with family with low budget. Awsone 🫰🫰

New property. Unit 123a is clean. En-suite toilet needs attention. Clogged outlet and dirty wc bowl. Otherwise everything is good. Lifts were slow and inadequate. Collection of unit keys need improvement. Make sure 7stonez reloads the parking pass. Ours didn’t work. No wifi as promised in website, under maintenance they claimed. Walkable distance to shops and eateries. Securityofficer Ms Sasi did a great job ensuring SOPs were adhered. Overall stay is good.

There is no problem with the hotel, it is very comfortable, the balcony is facing the direction of Genting, and you can see the Logo light of Genting. The biggest problem is that the company in charge of Check In is very slow and does not handle things neatly. When encountering problems, they only make customers wait. After I waited for an hour and a half, he asked me to wait for a few more hours before checking in. Because their cleaning staff haven't cleaned my room

Overall the stay for 3 days 2 nights were pretty enjoyable and relaxing. Convenient area for food and daily stuff. Nice and clean apartment with nice roof top pools. The only area that need improvement is the staff from 7 stonez communication with customers. We were checking in on Sunday in a shop lot office counter but when went to the same place for checked out 2 days later, were surprisingly informed that they had moved the front desk to another nearby buildings on Monday without informing the customers. By right the customers should be informed during check in or received msg before check out. The msg were sent after I checked out.

Late Refund for room deposit ”
It's been 9 days after we checked out and still haven't received any room deposit. I book for 2 room. They charged another RM200 per room when we check-in as a room deposit. (you need to read the very tiny note for this) It is so easy if you could refund the deposit soon as your guest check-out. Now its already past 1 week when then you promised the refund within 2 or 3 days after we check-out.
