Overall, value for money and good location as many kopi-tiams around which opens at 7.00am. Grab easily booked and drivers are familiar with property. It is extremely clean with microwave, fridge and utensils for two. Aircon good and strong with strong ceiling fan in living room. Checking-in will be a hassle (esp if first time and raining) as need to collect keys at different location unless you book with FLASH the main rental provider who is located at premises. The rooms were very clean although a strange smell from the toilet of unit (i think drainage holes) which we tried to eliminate with our own perfume. Need to keep a spare toilet roll in the kitchen in addition to two provided. The digital TV was blurred and digitalised every few minutes. Access card could not be used to gain entry to gym (that is why better to book with the actual in-house rental provider). The staff did offer to check but we had to go out so we declined. Many plus side to this property, so overall was fun and enjoyable experience.
