Easy to get to the airport”
We stayed at the Wingate on the bookends of our trip because our flights were at odd hours. The staff was friendly, and the room was nice. Nothing fancy. Just a place to lay your head and get some sleep.

Where's the shuttle? ”
The instructions were to call from the airport, which I did. I was told where to go and that it would be 15-20 mins. It was a cold windy day so waiting outside was very unpleasant. After awhile, I tried the hotel 2X and got voicemail. In the time I waited I saw the shuttle for other similar hotels come by multiple times. I finally got so cold after 35 mins I took a cab (which cost me $45 for a 10 minute ride. Something they didn't mention when they took the fare) When I checked in the hotel told me the person who dispatched the shuttle should have said that the shuttle can take 30+ minutes if it does a pickup just before you call. There was no manager available to speak to. This is crap. An airport hotel needs to be good at transport to and from the airport!!!

Hotel Was amazing to accommodate our situation after crazy lines for back check we missed our early Flight and came back . They shuttled us back And forth multiple times and allowed us to stay in lobby while We waited for a flight 12 hours later

Great From The Start”
I was picked up by two lovely young ladies who, noticing I had an injury, not only loaded and unloaded my luggage from the shuttle but also helped me get my bags to my room. The room was immaculate and the best bed I’ve slept on in years. The front desk staff was friendly and professional at check in and check out. I will definitely be coming back!

DO NOT let them put you near the elevator.”
I normally request a quiet room high and at the end of the hall. When we arrived their key system was out, so the ladies at the counter asked if we would take a room close to the lobby because they had to walk us to the room to let us in. Well I almost left in the middle of the night as every time someone got on or off the elevator it "Dinged", loudly. I could hear it loud and clear in my room (Room #120) along with the voices of the inconsiderate people getting on or off all night long. . So in spite of a large room with a very comfortable bed, I had a terrible night's sleep, and left an unhappy renter.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. Had an issue with my room when I first arrived. Staff immediately addressed and resolved the issue. Convenient hotel shuttle. Good variety of restaurants close by. A new brewery opened next door, and it was terrific! Great beers, and cool with me bringing in my own food from next door to watch a game on TV. Will stay here again (and visit that brewery as well.)

From the other reviews for this hotel, I think we may have had a rare experience. The staff was fine, the hotel lobby was clean and the breakfast was good, but our room was less than stellar. Half of the outlets didn't work, everything was unplugged, there was a stain down the side of one bed skirt, hair ties hanging from the headboard, a hairclip and food under the other bed, the fan in the a/c unit would randomly sound like it was going to die, and the bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper total. Overall this place could have been much worse, but I would have a hard time booking it personally. Especially with the number of other hotels in the area.

Absolutely no complaints about our stay! Location convenient to Denver Intl Airport, with excellent shuttle service. The room was spotless and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There were several walkable choices for dining. We chose DiCiccio’s, a lovely Italian spot. We had an early morning flight so we not able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but there was hot coffee available 24/7. The shuttle drivers were friendly, efficient and on time!! There were quite a few hotels in the area, but would definitely choose Wingate by Wyndham for my next trip!

So many airport hotels to choose from. I stayed at several over the years. I chose this one for being newly built. Overall pleasant. Breakfast bread was stale and bananas overripe. A carton of milk we got had spoiled.

Nice hotel- just bad sewage smell in room”
Very nice hotel and I’m not sure why it ls rates a 2star hotel. It was great… the only thing we hates was there was a bad sewage sneak in our room. It got worse in the early morning. We called the front desk and was told the engineer would be informed, but he never came to the room to check. We had to work and spent time on and out of the room that day but yes that smell was NOT good at all. Otherwise it was a great stay.
