Comfortable and Clean”
I really enjoyed my stay here. During my recent trip to the Dallas area, out of all the hotels I stayed at booking through Agoda, it was the best. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was furnished with more modern furniture. Very clean and friendly staff. My only gripe was the elevator maintenance room on the second floor. The noise coming out of it was extremely loud. My room was close to the elevator and every time the elevator would be used for the entire building it would make this grinding noise. I went up to another floor to see if I could hear the elevator and the noise only was on the second floor. So if you get a room on the second floor and are a light sleeper ask them to change it until they fix it.

Very Helpful Clerk”
My guest and I both have a physical disability. So we have requested a room near the lobby or elevator. The luggage cart was not available. So Carlos the hotel clerk can to me car and carried my very heavy luggage to our room and throughout our stay he attended to our needs.

Clean, quiet, less expensive The staffs were very nice Few corrections I would recommend to the hotel 1. Keep 2 water bottles, it doesn't cost much 2. Had a problem using my credit card, since I am from another country, The hotel should have the option to accept cash 3. Can have little more choice for breakfast, and the breakfast can be open till 10:00 AM during the weekends and holidays

The one complaint was one broken elevator then the other broke down as we were getting ready to check out so we had to take the stairs. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. The rooms and beds were nice and clean. The front desk staff seem to be away from the desk quite often which is really a downside I’d say needed to be worked on. Especially if you’re wanting to grab a snack and charge it to your room and there’s no one there to help you or you’re waiting 10 minutes to check-in because you’re waiting for someone to get to the desk and they’re in no great hurry. Not deal breakers but takes away from the rating a bit.

elevator room made noise all night”
After lying in bed for 90 minutes with earplugs, trying to fall asleep despite what sounded like two people rolling around in office chairs on the floor above me, I called the front desk to ask what was making the rumbling noise. The attendant matter-of-factly said, "oh, that's the elevator operator room." It was already after midnight and I was too tired to relocate, so I just went back to bed. Ended up getting about 4 hours of sleep. Why would they put anyone in the room they put me? I don't know, but no apology, no attempt to make it right. Sub par.

This is the darkest hotel I've ever been in. The Hallways were so dark it didn't seem safe. We spent a lot of time waiting on the elevator because one was out of service.
