Stay 24.9.24-26.9.24 What I Liked About the Hotel: 1. Proximity to Airport: The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, within walking distance. They also provide complimentary airport transfers, just a 5-minute drive away. Arrangements can be made through WhatsApp, and the driver was always punctual. 2. Bathroom Facilities: The shower pressure was strong, and the bathroom was clean with all necessary toiletries provided. The water was clean, and there was no unpleasant sewer smell. We stayed in Room 262. 3. Free Transfers to Pantai Cenang: The hotel offers daily transfers to Pantai Cenang at 6:00 pm, 6:15 pm, and 6:30 pm, with pickups at 9:15 pm to 9:45 pm. Drop-offs are at Cenang Mall. Reservations are required, and the journey takes about 10 minutes. 4. In-Room Entertainment: The room had a TV with access to Netflix, which was a nice touch. 5. Spacious Room: Our room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and a day bed, all facing the swimming pool. It cost RM244 per night, including breakfast for two. The room was equipped with a hair dryer, safe, hangers, kettle, slippers, and cups. 6. Welcoming Ambiance: The entrance of the hotel showcases a large café and several cozy areas to relax, all set against a beautiful backdrop of the swimming pool, which looked stunning. 7. Quiet Environment: Despite being next to the airport, the room was well-insulated from outside noise. We couldn’t hear any airplane or music sounds, making for a peaceful stay. 8. Snacks and Drinks: Although the welcome drink wasn’t to our taste, the chocolate muffins next to it were delicious. We enjoyed about six of them during our stay! 9. Friendly Staff: The front office staff were courteous and friendly, enhancing our experience. 10. Efficient Facilities: There are two lifts available, both fast and efficient. What I Disliked About the Hotel: 1. Driver's Attitude: One of the drivers was a bit quiet and not very helpful, possibly due to a language barrier. He seemed introverted, but he answered our questions when asked. 2. Limited Water Supply: Only two small bottles of water were provided per room per day, which we found insufficient. 3. Restaurant Food: The food at the hotel restaurant offered variety but was a bit too salty for our liking. 4. Swimming Pool Cleanliness: The swimming pool had some bugs and leaves floating in it, which could be better maintained. 5. Live Performance: There is a nightly live performance by two singers, but the sound was too loud and off-key. While we appreciate their effort, the quality of the performance could be improved. 6. Buffet Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was average, although there were many options available. The ambiance was okay, but the salad and fruits were left uncovered, attracting fruit flies. It would be great if this could be addressed. Would I Return? Despite some minor issues, I believe the hotel offers good value for money at this price point. We had no significant negative experiences, and overall, everyone was nice and friendly. I would consider coming back. P.s. According to a grab driver also previous employee of the hotel, this hotel is next to LIMA exhibition. Walking distance. Always fully book during LIMA. Usually the VIP staying here.

Nice Lobby and dining area, big room”
Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from airport and environment every safe. Easy to rent and return car, there is a tourism counter at the lobby where they can provide car rental contact and the rental price is really cheap (as compare). This is for real that the staff are really friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist, the guard and the restaurant staff all very helpful and friendly. I love their buffet and they cook sunny eggs on the spot, very fresh egg, i ate for 5 days straight. I love the local traditional coffee, taste great and smooth. I wonder why people queue for machine coffee and missed out that wonderful coffee at the side. Stay at room level 361, for the facilities, we do have problem with bathtub showerhead not functioning, but no issue as we not using anyway. The bath cubical space is kind of small, but not a big issue. The room is so big, we love the aircon, and the bed is so soft and comfortable, we have a very nice sleep, we didn't hear sound from outside. Also, i love their lemongrass oil at the corridor and lobby, smell so good and relaxing. I have heard others customer complain that they have extra charge for water bottle, probably can solve this by setup water dispenser at the corridor, safe cost and more convenient, there is many hotel do this way. The WiFi is strong in the toilet, but weak at bedroom. I have spend most time in the hotel room, order Grab food which is allow to put at the lobby, this is so good. I recommend this hotel to friends.

"Convenient Airport Resort with Friendly Service, Though Slightly Date”
We stayed at this resort just 100 meters from the airport, and the convenience of their airport transfer service both to and from the hotel was fantastic. The hotel, being a resort, had plenty of space, which we really appreciated. The staff were exceptional, always smiling and going above and beyond with their kindness and service. The warm welcome with the ringing of a huge bell left a lasting impression on us. They also handled all of our luggage, bringing it straight to our room.The room itself was large and comfortable, though it felt a bit dated. The stone flooring gave the room an unclean appearance, even though it seemed clean otherwise. The bathroom was also spacious but had the same slightly old and unclean feel due to the design of the floors. Despite that, the hotel provided all the necessary amenities.Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of international dishes, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool bar, which added to the overall resort experience.
