In The Mood For Love”
This hotel reminded me of the Wong Kar-Wai film In The Mood For Love. Imagine Hong Kong 1962 and renting a room in a working-class neighborhood. The Winsin isn't as romantic as that image but it does have a certain charm to it. It looks like it was decorated in 1992 and hasn't been updated since. Staff was really nice. There is a 10RM per night "tourism tax" that needs to be paid up front and a 20RM deposit for the key which will be refunded upon check-out.

decent room, relatively clean, value for money......”
Near Chinatown, so a lot of food, near Pasar Seni ...... in the morning, If you want to make up ur room must inform the receptionist, otherwise the room will not clean up till u back the hotel. If you want to buy sim card, there is a cellphone shop near the hotel, just walk for 5 minutes, cheap sim card.

Acceptable”
We asked for strong wifi in our room and got placed into a room with very weak wifi. While we in that room we saw a roach crawl across the sheets! Luckily we ended up changing rooms where the wifi was stronger. However, in this room we found ONE bedbug crawling on the pillow! The sheets have weird yellow stains and when we asked for clean sheets we just got more stained sheets. The carpets in the hallways are also stained... this hotel needs to work on its cleanliness! Theres an elevator in this hotel, but it usually smells like cigarettes and b.o. The location is good, right next to petaling st and the central market, and a few decent restaurant. The staff keep the front door locked at night, and there is someone there to let you in. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great budget hotel right next to Chinatown”
We stayed at this hotel twice and really enjoyed the location. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The Wifi is also incredibly fast! The staff were friendly and upgraded us to a nicer room. I recommend paying a little more to stay in the bigger room (Deluxe). Perfect location, right near Chinatown. No breakfast provided but it is not far from a few cafes and restaurants. We ate breakfast at The Geographer which is just down the road not even 50 meters. Would stay here again!

I you're a tourist looking for a good location, this place is perfect for your.”
It was easy to locate especially if you have internet and using maps in your phone. It's within Chinatown and just a few walk going to Jalan Petaling where you can find cheap local food and shop for bargain. Since you're paying cheaper, you can't expect anything extravagant, you get the basics, bed, toilet and bath, we however got upgraded since I booked a room for 3, then asked to add another person since we met up with a friend who decided to stay with us. No hassle with the reception, she gave us a room with windows facing KL tower, that was really awesome. I love the fact that they have a water fountain just outside the rooms, we can drink water anytime we want. Although the water in the bathroom sink, I was a bit worried because the first time I turned it on, the water was brown, then turned yellow I just decided to let it flow until it turned clear. The AC was cold, and like that too.
