The rooms are tiny in this hostel, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very useful, it has everything you need, fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave etc. The shower was clean, good water pressure and hot all the time. We didn't use the washing machine, but I think it is very handy too. very basic, but it worth the money you pay. We stayed there summer time, can't tell if it's warm or not during cold seasons. The girl who worked there was very nice and kind. If you too fussy you might not like it as some guests are not cleaning the toilet after use and you can see splatters which I didn't like, but that was a short stay and not hostel's fault. Overall I would recommend you the place.

Very tiny room, we stay in a triple room and luckily we will girl so still can fit in the room. It's no place for us to open our luggage. But location is ok about 5min walk to metro station.

Bad experience”
The worst hostel experience I’ve had in my life. We were warned by a group of guests when we arrived about how bad the place was, but we dismissed it. Knowing that the room would be small, we booked a bigger room for our group. Upon checking in, we realized that we were given a smaller room than what we paid for. So we enquired with Anastasia, the receptionist on duty. She boldly lied to us that it was the correct room type. After a few minutes, she admitted that the room we booked for was occupied. I understand if there was a mixup, but to lie to us, that was just unprofessional. There was not even an apology. The bed was too soft and the bathroom was narrow. While this place has good location, I urge that travelers find other places. There are many hotels around, nearer to the metro. Please only stay here if you are desperate.

llegamos y nos dieron una habitación sin ventilación como habíamos reservado, muy antipàticas las dos chicas recepcionistas, nos querían cobrar 300 rublos más en efectivo por dejar un rato las maletas y no aceptaban la mastercard...olía a chanchullo entre ellas, vergonzoso . No repetiría.

部屋は狭い。ラウンドリーやシャワーなどの設備は部屋数に対して少ない。 短期間泊まるのに適しているが、長期の起点とするには難がある。 ロシア共通だが入口が見つけにくい。駅から大通りが続き、入ってすぐの場所なので、深夜到着しても問題はないが、入り口が見つけにくいと不安になる。

立地さえ良ければ、、、”
まずは良い点から。スタッフさんは英語で話してくれるので分かりやすく対応も丁寧なので安心です。ビザの申請に必要な書類の手伝いもメールですぐに対応してくれるのでそのあたりも心配いりません。施設全体の清潔感も魅力の一つです。バストイレも清潔でした。雰囲気はホテルというより「お家」って感じです。部屋は若干狭いような気がしましたが、むしろ秘密基地のような感じで個人的には好みの部屋でした。あと近くに遅くまでやってるスーパーがあるので朝ごはんや水を買うのに最適です。 続いて惜しい点です。まずモスクワの中心地から遠い。空港からはタクシーで40分ほど。有名な観光地からは地下鉄で15分ほど、駅からは徒歩10分ほどです。数字だけ見ると大して遠くない気がしますが、冬の夜なんかは10分間の寒さも相当応えます。それともう一つ、ホテルの外の扉を開ける暗号キーが分からない。3月の夜に到着したので寒さで死にそうでした。そういう情報はメール等で届くものだと思ってたんですけど確認しても届いていませんでした。ぜひ現地につく前に宿に問い合わせておくことをお勧めします。 惜しい点も書きましたが全体的には高評価です。きっと皆さんの思い出の宿になると思います。

モスクワに行く方のために、レビューします。 値段なりのサービスなので、安い分、サービスには期待しないこと。 シャワーは共用で一つなので、誰かが使っていると当然使えない。 トイレも一つ。 自分の部屋は一階だったが、出るときはドアノブの左にボタンがあるので、それを押してから、ドアを強く押す。 最初、力加減がわからず、全く開かなくて、他の旅行者に助けてもらった。 部屋は狭くて、なぜか一匹ハエが飛んでいた。 ボロいがそれほど汚くはない。 ロシアのホステルは大体そうだが、チェックインの時は外からインターホンみたいなのを押して開けてもらう。 チェックイン後は鍵がもらえるので、それで大体開けられる。 エントランスのドアは数字のパスワードのこともある。 チェックアウトの時はなぜかフロントに人がいなかったため、貼り紙の通り、キーカードを置いて出てきた。 あとは、これもよくあることだが、フロントのお姉さんがとても無愛想。 自分の英語能力が低いのも悪いが、声がすごい小さく、何度か聞き返した。 一人旅で安くあげるならありだが、それ以外を望むなら、もう少しグレードを上げた方が良い。

チェックイン開始時間の14時直後に到着するも、オーバーブッキングで別ホテルに移って欲しいと言われた。友人がアルバートエリアに住んでいるため近くのホテル（徒歩圏）を要求したが、赤の広場挟んで反対側のバスマンニのホテルへ案内された。多少のアップグレードが通常対応である（ホテル側がノーリスクとなり、オーバーブックし放題になる）ところ、同タイプの部屋であった。

ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงดัง โดยเฉพาะพนักงาน เสียงดังกันเองตลอด บริเวณโดยรอบก็ดูไม่สะอาด พื้นทางเดิน จะเข้าห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องครัว ต้องเดินผ่านบริเวณเคาเตอร์ ไม่มีความสงบ ไม่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว เข้าใจค่ะ ว่าเป็นโฮตเทล แต่ปกติที่อื่นก็ไม่เป็นแบบนี้ อย่างน้อยควรแยกสัดส่วนมากกว่านี่ และห้องอาบน้ำมี2ห้อง ห้องน้ำมีห้องเดียว บริเวณกินอาหารก็แคบมากๆ

สถานที่ตั้งดี พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ข้อเสียคือมีห้องน้ำและห้องส้วมน้อยเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนห้องพัก มีคาราโอเกะอยู่ชั้นใต้ดินที่เปิดถึงตี 4 ทำให้มีเสียงรบกวนดังมาก

agoda에 주차장을 아용할 수 있다고 게시해 놓고, 주차장이 5대밖에 주차할 수 없어서 주차 공간이 없다고 하며, 주차장을 이용 할 수 있게 조치를 취해 주던지, 아니면 예약 취소를 해 달라고 해도 무조건 안된다고 하며 억울하면 agoda에 연락 하라고 하는 뻔뻔한 응대를 함. agoda에서는 위 업소를 회원사의 거짓 정보 제공과 고객에 대한 무시로 일관된 대응을 처벌하여, 회원 자격을 박탈 해서 고객의 안전한 agoda 이용을 마련 해야 함
