real budget hotel for overnight. center location.
location, budget value for money, near to famous food conner.
Value for money. Don't expect to high. For overnight should be ok. Consider 1 star hotel. Basic equipment still ok. For free breakfast, I recommend not to take just walk out there is a famous food street infront. It's really different. Hotel only for short stay and not for business conference.

One night only
They arranged transport to the airport
The hotel is easy to find and provides transport to the airport. It's fine for a one night stop over before a flight and the staff are friendly enough. As soon as you walk in there's a strong smell of smoke and damp that continues through to the rooms and our room felt more like a dungeon. The walls were dirty and had mould stains all over plus the sink was blocked and the toilet seat was dirty.

Decent budget hotel
decent, budget, good value
The standard rooms are on the highest floor (4th) and they reek of ammonia while the deluxe rooms are better and dont have such smell. All except a few rooms are without windows. Hotel, despite a buget one, is cleverly designed and dont make you feel it is a budget hotel. Next door is barelo (bar+restaurant+lounge) and Swiss bellin Hotel. The hotel is situated within walking distance from Merdeka Walk, Tip Top Restaurant and Chong A Fei Mansion. It is about 30 minutes to Sun Plaza and Careerfoure but in different dirrection/.

REasonable budget hotel
well designed, reasonable price and good locatition
This is a good budget hotel. I stayed one night in the standard room on the fourth floor (the lift only serviced until the 3rd floor) and two nights in the deluxe rooms. The standard room reeked of toilet smell while the deluxe room dont have such problem. This is a reasonably good hotel if you are on a budget.
