Fantastic and very very nice”
If you plan on staying in the wood house you will not be dissapointed. I stayed in the wood house with my girlfriend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even in organising our taxi service when leaving at a good price. If clean and tidy is what you are looking for then the wood house is for you. It was beautiful and modern, clean and tidy, great air-con, and was very very quiet. Loved staying there and im sure anyone who stays in this wood house would feel the same. Thanks you and would stay again for sure.

Very nice place to stay ”
I find the "Wood House" a great place to stay, especially if you want to stay in an actual Thai style wood house. This is a family run business. The owners and staff very friendly and helpful. The Wood House is located on a very quiet Soi within walking distance to several restaurants, a 7-11 and a mini Tesco. You will also find motorcycle taxis stand a sort walk of 30 yards. There is no restaurant on site but you are just 50 feet away from 5 restaurants.

Although, Wood House is not near to the town. U need spend some time and money to find a taxi. But this is really good for holiday if you hate chain store hotel. Suggest spending more time in the house for relaxing.

If you want a homogenous, sterile stay in a bland hotel, then go elsewhere. If you want to stay in an individual and lovingly styled resort style bungalow then this is the place for you. Actually, this is the only wooden resort styled bungalow that I know of within the Naklua/Pattaya area. Quietly situated on a side Soi in Naklua, it is simple, elegant and beautiful. You need to hire tuk tuk (2 different) to reach from main road (pattaya central / dolphin circle) in day it's easy to get it. But in night you may pay more charges around THB to reach hotel. Hotel person is very cooperative.

Nice Hotel with warm and efficient staff”
The rooms are clean and is has everything we need except inhouse dining/restaurant. Most important is the privacy that we want and it has only 4 units in the compound. It is quite far from the center of Pattaya, we have to commute to get to where the happening is, fine with us coz we are looking for some "quiet time" anyway. The hotel has access to beach though, probably 10mins walk.

Family style wood house with nice comfort ”
Family run Woodhouse owners willing to assist. Its like a small studio with a small kitchen. Its location is great near WONG AMAT beach, which seems to be a largely Russian destination. Novel residence with a feeling of safety and security away from the problems of Pattaya Central although easy to get to Pattaya. Would have liked warmer showers and better privacy curtains but overall it was good.

Family run business, friendly and helpful from the owner. Room is clean and spacious with balcony. It's convenient only few minutes walk to service area and about 5-10mins to the beach.

I have stayed here before and will stay again. This is a family owned and operated small business. They have 4 small Thai style house which are very comfortable with every thing you need to be comfortable.

Nice rooms ”
Unfortunately the location of Wood House is not great as it is in a small side street and it is a bit of a walk to the beach. Also we didn't get our promised 2 bottles of water a day, our room was never cleaned and towels were never changed. There was no breakfast included and no restaurant on site.

Wonderful cabin and a great host”
The owner "Blah Mon" was an excellent host who speaks English well enough to be understood. He and his wife Kay cooked a wonderful dinner for us and a couple of nice Ukrainians from an adjacent cabin. We had a great time and a wonderful meal outdoors in the court yard. There are small stores very near the cabin for daily re-supply. We will come back! Jim

Like the woody design”
The safe in the room cant be use, only 4 rooms / houses available, the water supply was interrupted with no solution because we go back late to the hotel, but luckily we booked 3 rooms so we can share the bathroom, and the heater of shower seems un-adjustable but still with very warm water.... each room come with standard empty chiller ( not the mini one ), and kitchen with equipment like bowl , plate, microwave , water supply... mineral water served daily... seems run by family business and very well english speaking ...

Relaxing Place away from Hustle & Bustle of Pattya”
pros: Testfully Created 4 huts, Feels good once in, nearby Sanctuary of Truth, Can reach Town in 10 baht with a little walk till main road cons: Swimming Pool is in another hotel, due to limited chalets extension of check-out is not possible, a little out of town and no help for tours

This isn't a hotel. It's a small collection of wooden cabins. The owner and assistant are friendly but you get the feeling this is one of many business ventures as they weren't very often in attendance. This caused problems as no one was there to check us in and also to give us our luggage and deposit back upon leaving. Another issue is that no one knows this place, so cabbies don't have a clue how to find it. Make sure you print a Map.
