Very happy & surprised on all aspects of my stay! So clean, friendly staff, very quiet when I was in my room, couldn’t hear other guests. Went down for breakfast, had a window seat looking out at the park across road. Would tell anyone to stay, surprisingly clean as yes, I’m a clean freak & last but not least, the pillows were great felt like they were own pillows. 👍🏻

Very welcoming, clean and modern. Daily housekeeping was great. It was easy to get to from Coolangatta Airport by public transport. Bus and tram stop at the end of the street. Easy travel to all of the theme parks and Surfers Paradise. Australia Fair shopping centre, Chinatown and many great restaurants are an easy walk. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 1 night as a base for the theme parks. The standard king room is large and is very clean. We paid $20 for parking and for us is not a big price to pay for comvenience. This is our second time to stay at Woodroffe and won’t be the last.

Totally recommend to others ”
Doesn’t look much from the outside but I was very impressed when I walked in , with the facilities. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My room was immaculate and comfortable. Beautiful breakfast and service in the foyer cafe. Location fantastic, trams just down the street . Walking distance to Australian fair Am looking forward to staying there again

Superb value for money ”
Room smelt very fresh & clean when entering for first time. Presentation was excellent, room for bags & hanging items well placed. Meals were quickly made & staff were cheerful & friendly. Bonus was a lift for disabled people who couldn't walk up the entry stairs. Well worth the visit Recommended stay

A veyr simple easy hotel in a business district. The rooms are small, but functional and sufficient. Bathrooms are clean. Their breakfast was good, with a full board of eggs, toast, hasbrowns, tomatoes and bacon. It is also well located for public transport, therefore very accessible to any part of gold coast. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great overnight stay. Very clean, and very quiet. Perfectly located to the middle of Southport. Tram only a few mins walk to get to where you need to go. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Brilliant, Come see for yourself”
Best hotel I have stayed in a long time. Spacious room, perfectly clean and fresh. I had a beautiful view from my room with distant ocean views and the Southport yacht club. Lovely onsite cafe, great coffee. You won't be disappointed.

The room was great but the downfall was, to fill the kettle, you have to use the bathroom sink & you can't get the kettle in under the tap nozzle to fill it. I had to fill a glass with water & then pour that into the kettle to get enough water in the kettle. Also had to go down to the foyer to use the microwave & there was no light in the microwave so you couldn't see in. For what i paid, i think having a working microwave in the room would be more appropriate & not have to fill the kettle with a glass of water & spilling water everywhere. Both are safety hazards & need to be rectified.
