A very homely hostel”

Free safe, free breakfast, near ti the main train staion

I was there for only 1 night. The price is cheap in Paris. The best part is that they provide a safe for you to keep your things in a city like Paris, you will not want to bring all ur valuable stuff with you. The breakfast was good. A small miscommunication happen where by i initially wanted to book a taxi for the next morning for I'm catching a bus to Amsterdam but one male worker told me need not worry, I can just call 1 hour prior going to the bus station. But that morning, i had so much difficulty getting a cab that i almost miss my train. Luckily i found one 10 minutes from the hostel.

Convenient location, clean, comfy and welcoming.”

the location is great, a short walk from the Gare du Nord. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Had a great stay at this hostel, a short walk from Gare du Nord and with easy access to public transport to get to the popular sights and Disneyland. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only down side was the noise from the traffic outside but didn't disturb too much.

Just good”

Me and my sister stayed at Woodstock hostel 3 nights, the location is ok very close to red district area and 'little turkey' area and a 20 minute underground train ride to the main attractions in Paris. Lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful although some staff other staff were rude. There is only one shower and two toilets to share all three outside which wasn't a real problem. The hostel is clean although there is a 'lock out' period from 11am-2pm which means your not aloud in your room between these times which is very inconvient.

Pretty good”

The woman at the front desk was really helpful about where to go and how to get around. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. Can't complain!

Overall : pretty good! Great staff. Good location. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Free wifi. It got a little loud in the morning but that's to be expected in a hostel. The breakfast was small but what was expected. There was only one shower and toilet per floor, however we only had to wait once to use it. The room got a bit stuffy but the opening the window solved the problem easily.

Not too bad, not too good.”

Value, cleanliness and free breakfast.

Overall the hostel wasn't too bad. The main issues was the fact you had to leave the room from 11 till 2 which was a massive inconvenience and I (and the other travellers) did not see this mentioned anywhere when booking. Secondly the shared bathroom is too small for the amount of people and the only usable sink is in the bedroom! So brushing your teeth when others are sleeping is a problem. However the hostel was clean, it's very close to the north train station and not too far from a metro. You definately need to take the metro however, the eiffel tower is about a 2 hour walk. The beds were comfortable and as hostels go this is one worth considering.

Good for the budget traveler ”

Polite and helpful staff, low price, good location

I spent a few days there, not bad and the location of the hostel is close to the metro station and the staff are friendly! It would be great if the temperature of the shower water can be adjusted as it's extremely hot. And one day, a girl in my room told me that she lost her stuffs, I spent a whole day outside, didn't know what happened, but when I opened my suitcase, I found that her stuffs were inside it! Therefore, the security status should be improved!

clean location

Hostel is just fine clean but only 1 toliet 1 shower each floor not far from station but nothing to do near by can not get a wifi in the room only at the 1st floor and there is no comfy chairs only bar chairs.. i found it pretty uncomfortable. You can not stay in the hostel 11 to 2pm no shower no toilet! I was sick so i wanted to stay in the bed but they kicked me out! You can not bring drink from outside! If you want to drink beer or wine in the hostel you have to buy at the hostel and it is not cheap!

Near Anvers Metro Station, near Sacre Coeur, cheap restaurants within the vicinity

It was an okay stay. They served free breakfast (cereals and 1 croissant per person, unlimited drinks), was near a small grocery store and a very good Thai Restaurant. Neighborhood is interesting, with lots of small shops to check out. It was quite far from the city center and the upper bunk of our bunk bed did not have any safety railings. It's an okay hostel. Paris has one of the most expensive hostels in Europe, this is a good enough bet for the budget-conscious.

Location, free breakfast

I stayed in a twin room with my sister. We couldn't sleep at all. Thank God, it was just for one night there. This was first staying at a hostel and we'll never stay in a hostel again. There's only sharing bathroom and next morning my sister said the bathroom was such a disgusting condition. I felt really sorry about booking that place and got a trauma for that horrible night. Totally nonsense that people's review is 7.5.. I CAN'T totally agree with this, it's very bad place to stay. Don't recommend this place to other people, pls.

Nothing special, but worth the money. The staff were okay. It was noisy at night so take ear plugs. They play music till late. The beds are average, but on the small side. They only have one toilet and one shower per floor (4-5 rooms) so had to wait quite a lot. Basically you get what you pay for. It's not luxury but it's functional.
