Lovely place to stay in Richmond”

Stunning apartment in Richmond, felt like staying home. Modern, comfortable, spacious and with all the utilities you might think of. Really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay. The area itself is amazing if you need to be in Richmond, couldn't ask for a better location.
If you get your windows towards Sheen Road - it might get quite noisy because of the passing cars. Be ware also that there's no lift so if you get an apartment upstairs you'll have to drag your luggage through the stairs.

great location, really clean, staff was responsive, kitchen was equipped, washer worked beautifully
on the third floor it was really really hot. air conditioning was available, but the added cost for air conditioning units was cost prohibitive. the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable.

Very disappointing”

The location was convenient for Richmond.
The unit was miniscule, it was located on a busy high street, very noisy and lots of exhaust fumes, which meant we really couldn't open the windows for air and the fan was broken. No AC. People walking past on the sidewalk could see inside so no privacy. The bed was a very small double, using the toaster resulted in breaker blowing, no coffee maker or press, washing machine malfunctioned, bathroom was badly lit and no safety handles or bars in the bathtub, we left a week early, couldn't take it any more. Moved to a hotel. Management team was responsive but the unit is not ready for prime time!

Very nice, modern apartment; well equipped and decorated. Great location; 5-10 mins walk to centre of town/train/tube. Good security with gate, building door and apartment door. Very convenient if you are driving with private, secure parking in front of building.
TV reception was very patchy; often unwatchable. There was no espresso machine or at least cafetiere.

Cumpriu minha finalidade de forma agradável.”

A localização é boa se a intenção for se hospedar em bairro residencial afastado do centro comercial e turístico da cidade. Porém a propriedade fica perto de varias opções de transporte coletivo metrô , trens e ônibus. O centro de Kew e Richmond ficam a poucos minutos a pé. Muitas opções de restaurantes, cafés e lojas.
A cama poderia ser maior. Para acessar os apartamentos do andar superior as escadas são íngremes e estreita(comuns nesses imóveis em Londres). Se você tem dificuldade de locomoção hospede-se no andar térreo.
