VINTAGE STAY IN THE CITY & FRIENDLY STAFF”
Love the old vintage feeling of the hostel. Good bed and clean bathroom, most importantly well located. If you don't mind small kitchen and common area. Would recommend this place no doubt.

Very sweet & helpful front desk person”
The hostel is located in a fancy location. It is a little far from the fun stuff like Les Ramblas, but it was very relaxing and quiet. There is a convenient 24-hour supermarket around the corner. The breakfast was very nice (hot toasted bread, little croissants, hot coffee, many juices, butter and jams). The concierge/ front desk person was the nicest ever! I would definitely return here. The living room is lovely with a pool table and huge windows. Very strong wifi :)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It doesn’t look like in the pictures AT ALL!!!”
First of all, the Hostel is located into a block with apartments over the 3rd and 5th floor. The first room that we had was at the 3rd floor. Was a double room with no light, wasn’t airy and we felt like in prison. We changed the room with another one at the 5th floor which had a little bit of light in it. Is the double room that you can see in the hostel’s pictures on websites. The bedding wasn’t changed and smelt awful. The walls were covered in marks of people’s shoes, very dirty. Thanks God that we always have our own towel. Please bring your own towel, theirs are disgusting. Furthermore, the shared bathroom is a clock bomb full of viruses and microbes. The shower doesn’t work properly. The breakfast is only toast with butter and jam, some cereals with milk, squash and poor tea. There is a lot of noise all the time. During our stay, there were reparations in the hostel. Altought, the staff is friendly and they understand English. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!

I would not recommend it. ”
Location is quite good; however, the facilities are not well maintained. The value for money is very low. If you want a good night sleep after exhausting city exploring, the place is not right for you. Walls are thin as paper, you can hear water running all the time and people walking down the hall in the middle of the night. Every noise wakes you up, because of thin walls. Furthermore, there was very hot in the room and no air conditioning. Room window is turned inside the building, which means it faced narrow corridor in the middle of the building, which brings no air to rooms. The room was very small, which wasn't a problem, but for a price we paid it could be bigger and better. Noting is like on the pictures! Other facilities are poorly maintained. Guests' refrigerator was very dirty, almost disgusting. Bathrooms could be cleaner as well. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Small & hot ”
We were only here for one night. But in summer it was so so hot. The fan hardly worked. The room was very basic and very much a hostel room. Great location though

The staff was mostly very helpful! You definitely get what you payed for. ”
The staff was very nice and helpful for the most part. The man who works the graveyard shift was a bit rude and kind of creepy looking though but that's not a big deal. One of the employees printed out a couple of papers for me for free but when I came back later that day another employee charged me to print which I thought was Weird. I wish that there were more breakfast options because of my gluten allergy. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I got what I payed for. Thanks.

Great stay ”
Pros: comfortable beds, quiet, nice staff, excellent breakfast, great common room, luggage storage, elevator, close to great local restaurants. Cons: only one shower, not super close to tourist hotspots, may be a bit warm in summer - no ac and only a standing fan. I really liked this hostel. There's a great view from the common room and staff were very welcoming. Very good facilities in the kitchen + free filtered water to fill up your water bottle.

Okay stay ”
This hostel is very good if you are a group of friend looking for a clean place to crash but I don't recommend it for a family. We got a private room for 3 people with a private bathroom. It was very clean but the shower stall and the sink were suuuuper small. And the shower door was broken so the bathroom floor was always wet. The front desk guy offered to look at it for us but we were too lazy so we just let it like this. The beds were confortable and the room was big enough. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything but the other guests were careful not to make to much noises during the night. There is a self service kitchen with free breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped. For breakfast you can get coffee, tea, juices, toasts, jam and butter. And some croissants and choco breads. We didn't like it that much but it was free. Location of the hostel is good if you like to walk ; it's only twenty minutes from Las Rambla and there are so many shops on the way, it's a nice walk. But if you are lazy, then it's a bit far from the subway station. The staff was very kind and friendly, young and dynamic. However, if you plan on booking the pick up service at the airport, beware that you should contact the staff before 4pm as the pick up guy don't work after that ! So I would recommend for group of friends, but not for family trip as it's a hostel, kinda small and can be noisy for sensitive people. Also the lift is suuper small so carrier won't fit inside (so you would have to go up five floors by stairs).
