“Beyond Expectations!”
The bell staff was very happy and helpful with our luggage! And the front desk staff was so professional and at the same time when I started talking to them friendly manner the made and my wife comfortable as such we were at home away from home. PLUS the welcome drinks!! Loved it! Me and my wife and a dinner at nazm restaurant at 7th floor and wow! did I loved the pumpkin base cottage cheese curry !! A must recommend!! The bartender made is classic cosmo and LIT ( the way it should be!) very friendly and good personality! Our dining experience at was amazing with comfortable privacy and proper dinning experience thanks to the staff at our service!! Next morning we had breakfast at buffet ( sadly I thought I booked my room with breakfast but on that Morning I came to know I booked without one. That's my bad) But the breakfast had so many options to choose from ..from North Indian regional aloo parathas to south Indian idli, menduwada, sambar and even continental breakfast options ( however we came in but late to breakfast around 10:30 so most of continental was gone). The live counter dosa was crisp and really good touch to maximize our experience. And the staff, they were totally understaffed for that morning as everyone was crowding them multiple requests of their own and yet they kept their peace and professionalism at top notch condition to handle everything and everyone on time!! The chai stall was cherry on top !! Very humble guy! we wine to spa ! A MUST TO GO WHEN STAYING!! We had booked couples massage and spa for us and it was so good that and relaxing that I fell asleep! My jet lag was cured and all the tiredness was gone!! We couldn't spend time in the Twilight bar as it was bit uncomfortable for us to stay there with the crowd that was present that night. My experience was amazing and I have booked another room to stay there already for my next stay! Hopefully I'll have a the Same or more better experience next time as well!! Prior booking this hotel I called multiple other hotels with big names on their building, however the phone call experience was so bad that I lost my hopes of comfort stay in Indore. But wow Crest should take pride in their staff which made my stay so relaxing and comfortable! Thank you ! To the amazing staff for having us. See you soon on my next stay!!
