1st and last for me to book this homestay. Thanks to the owner for being rude to me and my family. 2 days of feeling depressed staying here is enough. No more Conezion Putrajaya in future.

A lot of complaints from the family”
The staff is responsive, however there is a mistake in the Agoda app that stated there are 3 queen bed which is 1 in the bedroom 1 and another 2 in bedroom 2 in the homestay but literally when I asked the staff before the stay, it is only 1 queen in the bedroom 2. It is made me disappointed clearly because all of my family will stayed there for a night. Also, the bed is really not comfortable, made the baby cannot sleep well because of uncomfortable bed. Besides, another complaint is regarding to enter the homestay, my family said it is really hard to go in and out of the homestay and made them just stayed at the homestay the whole time. This is my first time that my family stayed there but it made me disappointed because I was not with them and they keep on complaining regarding the homestay. It is really a bad experience for them and me especially. Even I was away, I feel sorry for them. Unfortunately it is not worth to be rated 5 stars, sorry to say.

Thank you for choosing us, we apologise for any inconvienece caused, we team of Conezion believe that the updated status of the room info is correct ant truthful as its stated in the Agoda. Regarding the bed is not comfortable, we already host around 500 customer in the past year and non gave an unbased comment like this, nevertheless on receiving your call stating its not comfortable I already requested your family members to shift to upper floor with immediate effect which is bigger in size for free considering your mother's age and request that the bed not comfortable but she rejected our request and said no its okay. Another comment on the entry of conezion, its a 5 tier security apartment which really focus on safety and security of the people but still as easy as abc for clients to check in and out. It would be easier if you were here assisting them with the check ins. Additionally we had assisted your family with each and every of their questions every 5 to 10minute.

It was a pleasure and memorable stay for us, the homestay provided everything we needed and the host were always attending to us to be precise within seconds they'll answer all queries and assisted us professionally for the stay. The location is strategic beside IOI City Mall and all the facilities and amenities at the surrounding were very attractive and enjoyable. Another added point is the homestay is super clean and the water pressure is very high. I would definately come again with my family to this homestay again. I strongly recommend this homestay for everyone to stay. Thanks.
