"This is not the first time I am staying at this hotel and whenever, I am at Taichung, I prefer staying at 'Taichung Harbor Hotel'. I would like to share my experience wherein after checking out from the hotel, I realized that my mobile was left in the taxi. With great and timely assistance of the hotel staff, I got my mobile back in one hour, wherein they traced the taxi, arranged phone delivery at hotel. Always pleasure staying at 'Taichung Harbour Hotel'......."
