It's the cheapest privaterooms I've found in Bagan. U got all facilities u need, and the guy named Ko working there is a real hero. He'll make u feel at home in every way. Great guy. 👏🏼 The cheap price might be because of that the area is a 15 minute walk from city CENTRE, but there's lots of teashops and places to eat around anyway and there's also e-bike rentals 5 min from the guesthouse (if u turn left when u come out to the "main" road u will see a place on the opposite side of the road) so u don't really need to walk unless u want to

Friendly staff (most speak English) good e-bikes for the normal price big and small + can rent from 5am, decent breakfast, very comfy big bed + pillows, quiet, close to restaurants, 15min drive from main temples, hygïene is pretty good

Lovely staff”
A good place for a couple of nights. The staff are lovely, no faults there. The cleanliness was okay, fine in the rooms but the bathroom wasn't great.. defo a flip flop needing situation. The breakfast was also fine- but only coffee- no tea! You can rent bikes for 8000 which I think is more expensive than other places- but you pay more just for the convenience. The Wi-Fi wasn't great either, but that's Myanmar.

If you want to feel home, you have to go to Wut Hmon Thit 2! The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is very kind and speak English very well, great breakfast and you can rent a motorbike! A very nice place to stay, we hope to come back in the future!

Nice budget hostel but keep an eye on your belongings”
We have very nice stay at the hostel. Helpfull staff, we could check in when we arrived at the morning. Staff was helpfull and very kind. We would rate our stay at 5stars if not unpleasant situation that met us. During our stay at the hostel our money get stolen from hostel room. Even thou member of the staff gave us back part of them we realized after leaving that money in Thai currency are missing too. We were told that CVV cameras didnt work so.. nice stay but take your valuables with you..

Our first room had a few large cockroaches (102) but they changed us without hesitation. Staff are very helpful, bicycles were free to use, and you can rent eBikes for cheap. Location isn’t far from the main stretch of restaurants, and the ebike takes you quickly across the whole area of Bagan.

bad small dirty room bathroom dirty smells bad ”
The bicycles are bad pump the tire before start after 4 km flat tire. The e scooter after 5 hours akku empty. Next e scooter after 2 hours empty

Amazing stuff and costumer oriented owner”
+ the staff and the owner take care of everything, the definition of going out of the way is the owner...my girl was sick during our stay and he offer us several time help, even bring some food to the room for her, and lately drove us to the bus station for our comfort. Location is out of busy street so is pretty calm. - The bed and the linens weren’t as cleas as we would like, but they weren’t bad, the hot shower didn’t work so we have to shower on the common toilet (not a massive problem for us, but if we pay for something we would love to get what we pay for) Overall a nice chill place to stay, with lovely people trying their best to make it work! Not so overpriced for expensive Bagan.

Les chambres sont propres et l'établissement bien placé. Mais c'est surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire qui font la différence. Très à l'écoute, il vous donnera les bons plans pour regarder le lever du soleil. Nous lui en serons éternellement reconnaissants car nous avions oublié notre caméra en partant et il a fait des pieds et des mains (ou plutôt demandé à un taxi de nous envoyer un colis pour 8h de route gratuitement) pour que nous puissions la retrouver !!! Foncez-y, nous vous le recommandons chaudement. The rooms are clean and the establishment well placed. But it is especially the welcome and kindness of the owner that make the difference. Very attentive, he will give you good tips to watch the sunrise. We will be eternally grateful because we had forgotten our camera on leaving and he went above and beyond (or rather asked a taxi to send us a package for 8h of road for free) so we can find it! Go ahead, we recommend it warmly.

Double Room a bit durty but nice stuff”
The Boss owns three Hotels and works for the government. He although told us , that it is illegal for foreigners to go by motorbike through Myanmar, but that's not true. We had the feeling that he just wanted us to go the touriroad by big company buses and Guides. The underpaied stuff is very nice and runs the Hotel actually!

the hotel is on a quiet street and has a cozy courtyard. the staff is friendly, they helped us with all our requests. right at the hotel we rented electric bikes. I recommend this hotel as a budget option in Bagan.

Excellent”
The room was comfortable with AC, hot water and felt very safe. The location was within easy travelling distance to all Bagan has to offer by bicycle or e-bike both available from the hotel. The real stand out was the staff, they looked after everyone thoroughly. Offering lifts to restaurants, organising transport and tours and always being up for a chat. Felt like I was staying with friends rather than in a hotel.
