The hotel was very nice and affordable and the staff is great…I had reservations at another hotel but they wouldn’t take my card type but this hotel I found late night and last minute was okay with me and glad I got to stay here

This is our first time staying in Atlanta. Very nice hotel, staff is friendly, restaurant inside the hotel, indoor/outdoor pool. Right off the interstate. It’s a little bit of a drive from the airport but it’s nice to be outside the city and just drive in.

Was upset because I traveled 5 hours to stay in my deluxe king room and was given a double and told they were out of kings. Spent money to stretch out and relax. Had to sleep on a separate bed than my boyfriend because he kept falling off the bed. However, the room was clean and spacious. Lots of children though. Don’t think I’ll be returning but would recommend for a family on vacation. Waffle House was right next door as well

I booked a King sized bed for my daughter bc it was her bday. She was only in town for the weekend. I even put it in my notes that I need a King sized bed. We checked in only to find out our room was given away…. So we had to settle for small beds instead 😡😡😡 The hotel clerk didn’t help at all. I told him I was disappointed but my frustration wasn’t with him but with the “policy” he told me they had. He then went on to ask was I taking this room or jot bc he has other ppl to take care of and this is taking too long. He also told me I should’ve expected this bc I came late and it’s first come first serve. So I guess reserving a room online with your money is pointless bc they can give your room away. Terrible experience…. Horrible customer service and those beds were absolutely unacceptable.

It’s a average hotel. The rooms could use a update. Only issue I had was my AC not working in my room but the issue got resolved very quickly.

The hotel system was down. So I had to call the 3rd party ppl that took a 1 or so to get through, confirm my info, and send the reservation to the hotel. I. The mist of all this I had a 6 week old baby in the car with my husband and it was cold outside. So my baby was in a cold car because the heat went out before arriving. At the end of all the madness, they sent the reservation but the hotel still need more info. I was straight mad, but at least I gave them a shot.

The check in was unable to find my reservation. I booked with a 3rd party and was told I needed to call them. The desk associates were not responsive and did not seem to care it took me over an hour to check in. My 3rd party was calling in and they kept putting the calls on hold. It did not get answered until I said something
