Some guest were just plain rude and unruly to the desk clerk and she maintained her composure and treated them with respect. I personally have no idea what their complaint was about because there was absolutely nothing wrong at this fine establishment. Everything, and everybody was perfect! Thank you for making our vacation that much better.

Overall, I would rate this place 5 stars. Everything we needed within walking distance and a nice restaurant/bar located in the hotel. Would only suggest the front desk clerk who checked me in remember to bring his personality to work with him him everyday.

We went to the falls on the Canadian side during the day so this location offered a great walk at night on the US side. Check in woman wasn’t helpful as we had to ask where to park, was breakfast included, etc. hallways were a bit worn along with room carpet. Mattress was just okay. Room was relatively clean and for our one night stay it was just right.

Hotel disappointing”
The computers were done when we arrived around 12 am, the elevators were slow, no luggage carts were available (at any time), parking lot was not monitored, hotel needs updated. The pool was only available by appointment, and only for 45 minutes at a time. No coffee or tea was available in room. The room was noisy, you could hear every door, and even people in rooms next to yours, and in the morning there is a helicopter ride outside the hotel so you can't sleep in. Not impressed.

Not what I expected ”
I requested a room with a falls view and got a view of the parking lot looking at the casino across the street. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was hot. Honestly didn’t seem like anyone cared

Lacking in customer service”
I booked this reservation through my husband's "perks at work" website. On this website the write up for your hotel claimed "FREE BREAKFAST". I clicked on the link to book the hotel which sent me to the Agoda website to book. Crystal - who was the "manager" in charge when we booked in said that because the Agoda website did not list a free breakfast on THEIR web page that your hotel would not honour this option - even though I showed her the step by step process of the website in which it was listed, how when I clicked on the link it went to the Agoda website, etc., etc. She was unresponsive to me showing her this and I found her lack of customer service appalling. When it CLEARLY stated that free breakfasts were included then that should have been honoured. I am happy to say we spent our money else where for our breakfasts. If you would like a screen shot of the offering of said free breakfast through the Perks At Work website, please don't hesitate to ask me. I will forward it.

Lobby outdated and dirty. No restaurants open. Our room had tape in the window jam, popcorn ceiling pieces on the floor, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and had water stains above the bathroom mirror. Carpet was filthy. When we selected this Wyndham hotel we expected it would live up to the Wyndham name; but the picture assigned to this

Great location, clean and friendly”
The hotel is in a good location, a couple of minutes walk from the bridge to cross the border into Canada. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a view of the falls from our room and looking back from the falls to the hotel I would think it would be hard to get a view of the falls. All in all, a lovely experience

The hotel it's self is great clean and value for money. It is however lack facilities. The Cafe is only open Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 11am. Easy walk over to thr candaian side.

Mustafa is a very good host. They provided us a big room as the smaller room which we booked was under renovation. Mustafa did everything to make us comfortable.

Watch out for hidden fees”
Location was good being close to state park, however check in took way longer than it should. Fees were not clear on booking site. Room was nice, but the windows were drafty and wet with condensation and the bathroom was dirty / in poor shape. The toilet paper and towel bars were loose/ half way falling out, shower pan was dingy and the door was in awful shape.
