Everything about this hotel is horrible! Hallways are so filthy, rooms are nasty. Furniture is old and gross with lots of stains, broken dresser. Floor is filthy. I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star. Very very disappointed!

If this hotel is priced around the same as the other two on the block, it's fine. I'm sure the fancy graphic carpet in the hallway was very nice when it was new, but it's not now. It's just gross. This hotel was cheaper than the Ramada next door for a change, so I tried it again. It's not better. It's WMPO time here in the valley, so hotels are 2X normal price. Spring training is next, so that keeps the prices up in the stratosphere. This is when the hotels actually make money, because when the mercury goes back up, the prices come down. The beds are comfortable, and the paint and carpet inside the rooms are fine. The fixtures are in good shape, but again with the tub drain plug - some people want to take baths. Fix them.

Withering away Wyndham”
This hotel is dated and needs new carpeting in the hallways and rooms. The pool was dirty with leaves and dirt in it. The waterfall was not working making the pool feel like hot tub water. The kitchen was closed for the summer due to fewer guests. So instead of hot breakfast as advertised online it was a continental breakfast. Parking for guests is limited. This hotel needs a total renovation and updating.

The Ramada next door is a better value”
The rooms have nicer furniture than its sister hotel, but it's not as well maintained. The overnight/early staff person was rude. He directed me to the restroom, but It had not been marked as such - it was an exit door that led to an OUTSIDE rest room (?). When I seemed confused, he yelled "what did I tell you?" Excuse me, but it looked like an exit door BECAUSE IT WAS.
