It’s nice hotel from the location beside avenue and the room was nice. Also the reception was friendly, I appreciate Asmaa she was great in processing the room key, etc. however, wifi is not strong and always cut, which need to be adjusted.

I booked suite hotel with breakfast the rate is higher than same rate othors hotel but i give this a try cos its new and access to high steets easy and no traffic Breakfast is excellent and most items fresh, I recommend as most customers in this hotel are arabs the restaurant should have an fresh arabic bread bakery.

Business Trip”
Hello, am a returning customer for this hotel but this time i came for business. The location is perfect and nearby the event am attending at. Very clean and family friendly. However i didnt granted any update or privileges during my stay which is unexpected by them. During my stay, there was a cleaning period for the outside windows which causes alot of dirtiness on the car hired. Yet they didnt clean it and i drove twice to clean the car which takes me alot of time cuz of the traffic in downtown. Helpful staff all around and i admired them. Talking to manager Mrs Catherine didnt add anything and was helpless for my upgrade so, dont put hopes on talking to managers since they will not do much for you keeping in mind that the organizers of the conference have recommended this hotel for me and mentioned specifically her name. Over all, it is one of the best hotel in the kingdom of Bahrain.

Great hotel but only few things”
Great hotel in clean, facilities and location which is close to avenue, but there is 2 issues I faced it. One is the shower water too hot even if change it to cold, and other thing is the WiFi signal is too weak like no use at all especially at bed room, and little strong at living room. But overall is excellent.

The location is fantastic and rooms are super huge. Lovely furniture and the view is super excellent. It is really five stars hotel, but the shortage in staff is a problem during check in and out.

Great location good value for money. However, the staff is too slow in the check in, room dining, and I requested a baby crib when I checked in at 4 pm and I didn’t get it until after midnight when I had to go to front desk and complain.

Amazing hotel style ”
Smart 5stars hotel with amazing style and nice views from each side I enjoyed stayed 2night with my family used all the hotel facilities, we like the swimming pool view and design, one a biggest play room I ever seen . Bad first impression”
Once we got to the hotel, we directly went to the reception for check-in, the receptionist name was “Fate”. We were first in-line as there was no que, the bad part is that we were not greeted at all what we faced was exactly in the contrary of greetings from the receptionist Fate. We came up to her to ask her for check-in, and without her eye contact she was staring at her screen. She just pointed her index to the right And said I’m busy! We were shocked at the moment and couldn't say a word, the other receptionist we were pointed to was already busy with another guest. So we instantly asked for the supervisor because the situation was intolerable. And there came Janice, which was the opposite of Fate. She changed our perspective for the hotel. She apologized for the misbebavior and agreed that this kind of act from a hotel staff is strictly not acceptable as they will take further action upon it. Nevertheless, Janice took us to the private business lounge and checked us in.

Love the hotel, the room is big and modern very clean, the pool is little small, I only have one negative thing about the elevator it's a bit slow. over all I highly recommend to stay at this hotel and coming back soon.
