Beautiful location and staff ”
My friend and I stayed 5 days at Wyndham! The room view looking into the bay was superb! Breakfast was excellent and the staff especially Trang was so helpful and even spent time to explain where to eat! Even on her day off she took us to try local food and helped arranges transportation to visit Hai Phong. The room was quiet and very relaxing!

Great sea view and amazing for family with kid”
I booked deluxe room with 1 extra bed for my family. The room was awesome, large, view the bridge and island. It really big compare to others 5* hotels I stayed Breakfast is ok, variety of foods and quality is 8/10. Location is convenient, easy walking and less than 5 mins drive to Sunworld complex. Staff is very friendly, check in quickly! I will book again when I come back here

The staff at the hotel were some of the most helpful we have seen during our travels. They assisted with a wide variety of last minute requests such as setting up tours to booking airport transfers. They were very welcoming and offered advice or recommendations upon requests. The room was large and the balcony views overlooked the bay. Good price point for the location and offerings as well. Highly recommend as an option for your trip to Ha Long Bay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham! We had a great room of the bridge (lovely at night) and the bay. The most outstanding part was the breakfast with its super fresh eggs and best chicken pho I’ve ever had!!

Surrounding area is pretty sparse in amenities the location of the hotel coupled with the sea view rooms offer a very nice view. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread in the hotel does not have much variety.

Upon arrival I was informed that the room I booked (superior King) had no view from the window. Since it was mid week, they upgraded me with water/bridge view , balcony- Nice large room with tub. The hotel has nice gym and pool facilities. Not cheap but good value for me. Very helpful staff.

Staff somehow misplaced our reservation, but took the initiative and made every effort to get it fixed for us. After only a short delay, they offered us an upgrade to acknowledge the misstep, and we then had a very comfortable stay.
