Good Choice in Vegas Strip”
Overall experience is good, just that I ordered one night at Wynn with higher class room and better view, but it turns out to be a normal room type. I was too tired to request for making changes, this incident definitely upset me a bit. Other aspects are fine, good food, clean and tidy.
Details need to be improved ”
Though the room was spacious and the staff was kind, we are pretty disappointed that there was no slippers and free bottled water in the room. Hotel also charged 25 dollars for the refrigerator personal use, which we couldn't understand at all.
Enjoyed Our Final Night In The USA”
Final place of our stay in the US before returning home, and we totally loved our stay. The room was super huge and clean, well worth the price paid. Night view of the Strip was just magnificent. Staying in a high floor helped too, with great assistance from the Front Office to provide a high-floored room. Very memorable stay tinged with sadness as our vacation ended after the night’s stay. Managed to win some money in the casino too which was a bonus (: thank you Wynn.
nice hotel ”
the everything was nice except for an staff who checked out for me. cuz of a private matter, I had to checked out around 3am when I left the check out desk, I saw the PIC made a joke abt me to his collegues it was very unpleasant.
Wonderful stay ”
We hadn’t used Agoda before but had no problems with the reservation. Chose it because of a great deal price for this hotel. Have visited LV many times but first time stay at the Wynn. We like that end of the strip so great location for us. Check in was busy so we had to wait in line for some time. The room was beautiful and spacious - the bed is the best anywhere, ever. Spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly and helpful- they cannot do enough for you. The slots are typical high end casino - not “loose” but overall found them fair. Although there are free drinks with slot play, the poker bar does not provide free drinks to players so we played elsewhere. Everything about the hotel is beautiful and there is a tremendous attention to detail. Used the buffet, cafe, Allegro and Jardin as well as room service and all great. Would recommend if you are looking for a good quality, high end and special experience and would definitely revisit.
The Wynn Las Vegas is strategically located, in the heart of the city, many places that we wish to go are all within walking distance. There are plenty of shops and fine dinings nearby. The room is bright and clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep in. The view from 60th floor is stunningly excellence. Be aware not to pick up items from the mini bar and examine it for too long, I can't remember how many seconds... and you will be charged as it assumed that you have taken the item for consumption.
Could be better”
End of the strip. Clean, great gym. Don't enforce the stroller policy anymore. No bedroom slippers, no toothbrush, no space in refrigerator for your own stuff. No complimentary in room coffee/tea, or water.
Very nice hotel - Clean / Modern”
It was the 3rd time staying in the hotel and once again didn't disappoint. The staff were very attentive, the food choices are very good in the wide range of restaurants they have there. (they also have a vegan menu which was good for me) The location is decent though maybe not quite as central as some of the other similarly priced options further along the strip. The rooms are one of the highlights - The best I have stayed in in Las Vegas. All are large, modern and clean, even the 'basic' ones.
very comfortable and enjoyable stay”
Stay at the waynn las vegas was superb. Wynn is very centrally located to the strip. It has a very nice architecture design. The rooms are very large and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to las vegas. Best hotel in las vegas
Opulent and Luxurious”
Wynn is the best hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel has the luxurious elegance vibe, the room is well designed, and the service is superb. Wynn is definitely in a league of its own. I will definitely come back
Amazing Hotel, words cannot describe!!!”
wynn has got to be one of the best hotels/resorts i've been staying with in my travelling experience. it's good for the variety of age group, and it has everything that you needed while you're in las vegas. very clean, friendly staff, right on the strip, wonderful cuisines, nice casino, very cosy, great room, accessible (within walking distance) to attractions/shows in las vegas. felt like home when i was there. the clubs were amazing. overall service was very satisfactory. please bear in mind though that they will charge an additional us$25 for resort fee, which at the end of the day is for your internet, local calls, etc charges (it wasn't optional) and wifi is only available in your rooms.
wynn las vegas located on south las vegas blvd. across fashion mall. room size is very big and clean, but aircondition is not cool enough. inside hotel has a great buffet restuarant with reasonable price. le reve (the dream) show in the hotel is recommended.
Friendly and accommodating staff”
Clean and lovely hotel. Convenient location with good amenities. Dining facilities are definitely of world class standard. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you needed for the stay. The staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Worth for money luxury hotel. Good choice for a memorable vacation.
Great hotel with beautiful room”
pros: nice rooms, beautifully decorated lobby and common areas.buffet was delicious.swimming pool was inviting although i did not use it. cons:line was so long when i arrived to check in.it took me 30 minutes to get my room.i did not like that they blocked off 450 dollars for incidentals.my room was already prepaid for 2 days.
There's loads of choice in Vegas but I'm glad we chose the Wynn. Fantastic large room with floor to ceiling windows and electric curtains, huge bathroom with a TV and two sinks. The hotel's public areas seemed to be a little more upmarket and less tired than most of the other hotels. There's a number of bars and restaurants to choose from within the hotel, most of them not cheap but then anywhere on the Strip seemed to be expensive. The Casino floor and cocktail staff seemed more classy than other casino's.
First time Wynn, beautiful room, but dirty, surprise there are 2 bags of breastmilk left on my fridge, didn't complain , just left it there. I keep a cup of lemonade (unopened) and food container with my food inside, to make space I took our one water and put it on near the fridge. At the end of the day my fridge was like new, all my stuff were gone, and there is a sign that if I take out anything from the fridge I will be charged $25, there is no such sign on the first place, I called the front desk to ask about it and transferred to housekeeping, but no luck, call them 3 times the next day, at 11 pm a guy came n ask about it and asked me to fill up a form, and contact of police. Lost only lemonade and a container, not valuable things. really? Even until check out, there is no update, then I emailed Kristen Steinbach and she said they lost it. Very upset I lost my stuff. A 5 stars hotel shouldn’t have such a hospitality. and charged for water we didn't consume.
Best hotel in Vegas!”
We absolutely loved this hotel! Although it had more of an older crowd it was still so much fun. Their food was amazing! i definitely only want to stay in this hotel when I'm in Vegas. The only down side was because its typically for the older crowd we got ID checked every 5-10 min. At first it was fine, but after the second day there it did get excessive and i understand their doing their job but once some one from your own staff tells you we've been id checked already and you want to check it again anyways that's rude, your basically saying your staff wasn't good enough to check our id so you need to do it. Other than that it was an amazing hotel to be at, the views were great and it was walking distance to some highly recommended restaurants. We had a great time on this trip and we were always happy to be back at the Wynn every night.
Expensive for the sake of it”
No coffee pot, no refrigerator, fees for having access to "technology" such as the room phone and basic internet (which is stated as a free service). The free basic internet connection is quite slow and signs you out daily in hopes that you'll pay for the service instead. The pool closes at 7 so they can be sure you're out of there and spending money at the casino. Drinks are no less than $8 for an O'Douls and $9 or higher for even the cheapest beers like Bud light. Cocktails are a minimum $17. I live in NYC and these prices make my home area seem like a cheap place to live. If you want a beautiful place to throw money away, look no further than the Wynn. If you like a reasonably priced place with basic amenities which are included in your hotel costs, then stay elsewhere.
Love love loved this hotel!”
Everything was top notch - from the beautiful room to the super lovely staff. Over many years, I have stayed at almost every hotel on the strip, and this place was hands down the best experience I've had. Will definitely become regulars here. Thanks!
Everything perfect & stylish
