Awesome front desk”
Great staff modern hotel with everything you need in a great location. Great front desk helped me out so much. Even the security ominous brutes I could make them smile and they were very helpful also. The room was superb so modern controls from the drapes to the tv. The spacious room had so much room you could do your morning yoga with 4 other people without bumping into anything. I had a extra bed put into the room and expected a small lumpy bed but a very nice smaller portable bed came and was just as comfortable as the regular bed. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. They helped me with questions I had about the ferry to going around the city. I couldn't say enough about them or this hotel I did have a good time.
Spacious, luxury, a recommendated hotel”
Wynn Macau Hotel is a luxury hotel. It has many facilities where you can enjoy. The hotel room is spacious. The staff are polite and helpful. It is a recommended hotel if you can afford to pay for the price.
Typical Casino hotel”
One thing I need to share with traveller especially with children under 21 years old. Once I walk surrounding the hotel. Suddenly rain comes. When we try to enter the hotel back from the other side, the security was not allowed us to pass the casino area with children. So we have to walk surrounding outside the hotel to reach the lobby.
This is a very good hotel and super hotel. I loved it so much. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel all area are so hygiene and clean. This hotel is so convenient to walk around as it's close to all shopping complex and hot spot. The restaurant all served nice food and so yummy yummy. I confirm will come back to this hotel again for my next trip.
perfect hotel iif you are an interior minded”
superb hotel with very nice interior, everything is seem so perfect, everywhere has a own characteristic design, the attraction also very wonderful the lake attraction, sea jelly fish tank, and ofcourse tree of fortune its amazing, cannot imagine people can build that. the casino also quite comfortable try your self its cool
good hotel, same decor as las vegas one”
had quality time stay in this hotel, please send me offer and promotion will go and book more days. and agoda please send me more discount on hotel. thanks best for all but too expensive compare to venetian and others
Hotel with elegance and romance”
Hotel room is big and well equipped. Bath tab is large and extremely good for couples to enjoy a romantic night at. Family with children could also consider this hotel for it has a nice swimming pool. Snacks and drinks at the bar and fridge are of a variety with a reasonable price.
Room full of things that would make you so want to stay in. The bed is huge, pillows are soft and the panaromic view over the window wall, that is grandeur...feel you are on top of the world. Great views, the bathrooms so big and has all the soft touches that you dont mind spending more time in it. In the casino and every where else in the hotel, the security and staff always ready to offer assistance.
Great and Comfortable Hotel”
while the hotel at wynn is still very nice with huge rooms, the casino is no longer as fun as it used to be. we used to enjoy the range of games and slots at the wynn. i once won a decent jack pot on a particular machine. 3 months later the machine and the few like it were gone. it was a fairly simple 777 machine and the casino seems to have chucked these and most of the simpler slots for 50 way machines that are difficult to follow. i guess they make more money on them, but last night, a friday, the slots were fairly vacant. i would have played if they had one of the more straight forward games. also, we used to get excellent free drink service at the slots with nice wine in stemware or name brand drinks. we tipped well and were well served. now it takes much searching and asking even to find a drink at the slots to buy. this seems to be a trend in macanese casinos that sure makes me miss the nevada casinos.
Lovely rooms, very comfy beds, great room view ”
golden flower restaurant fine dining was superb. food was refined with flavors, the service of the waitress was very matching for fine dining with their recommendations on food as well as attentiveness and refined service.
Spent an evening at Wynn Macau for Chinese New Year. The service was outstanding and we were given a great room. They even threw in a 200 MOP voucher for Okada Restaurant. Really enjoyed the size of the room. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was very tastefully decorated with great surprises. Fruit, chocolates, complimentary water, signature lemongrass shampoo and body scrub gifts.. all amazing. We even had a massage room! The "city" view was pretty subpar- we saw the roof of the rest of the building. Other gripes was not having HDTV in the room and no stereo surround system for a room of that size to entertain. Overall- the hotel is amazing. Would stay here again.
Front counter staff is friendly and room is clean but only cleaner i don't understand why lentered the room without knocking is not only one time my family member some is showering some is sleeping everyone is shout cleaner like nothing just say need water management please take note and give them know will be very embarrassed.
Like boutique version of the vegas hotel just cleaner with better rooms. ”
Beatiful and clean. If you are looking for the vegas vibe though then go to Las Vegas. There are no bars in the hotel rather just a few restaurants with delicious food. The casino is small and efficient if you know how to play the asian card games. I am an Amaerican doing business in Asia so I do not know how to play these games. There were only two blackjack tables in the whole casino which closed early because none of the locals play. Keep in mind the hotel is built to cater to the local Chinese and Hong Kong reaidrnts and not Cauacasians like me. In my experience Macau is all about walking around to all of the hotels to see the amazing architectures and quality of building materials. For the short time I was there, I had a wonderful stay at the Wynn Macau and reccomend it to anyone who wants to stay in an immaculate hotel.
Best stay in Macau”
I have to say that the service is exemplary. Location is pretty good as well although it is slightly far from the Taipa Village, but it is walkable distance to Ruins of St.Paul's. Room service was good, the breakfast is good. The comfort of the rooms were excellent. I would definitely choose to stay at Wynn's again!
An amazing experience ”
Incredible. Staff were so helpful at the reception catering to our most impossible desires. Even when we had no idea of what we wanted they directed us to the best experiences of our lives. The staff at the casino explained to us the rules of each and every game to us even when we didn't play them. The pool is small but the service and the cabanas are exquisite. The fountains, the dragon and the tree shows are stunning. The rooms were clean and well stocked and the view was just amazing. Only issue is the expensive wifi. But if you have your own internet doesn't really matter. All in all the best experience I have had in Macau considering this is my second time.
One and only stay at Wynn”
Great except 1. No fridge in the expensive suite I had, only a warning there would be a charge for placing my own items in the minibar fridge, 2. No business centre, was charged $8 to use a computer for 30 minutes, I used it for 40 minutes and was charged $16, just outrageous, 3. Daily charge for wifi was $20, just outrageous, 4. Airport to hotel shuttle only goes to casino, leaving you considerable walking distance from the hotel check in foyer and you have to carry your own luggage all that way, really ridiculous. I won't be staying at this hotel again, it's not worth the extra cost over the adjacent hotels.
I would say Wynn hotel's interior ranks upon the VERY BEST i have ever been to. The room interior is impeccable, the carpets, linings, curtains, walls, bed & Artwork all mixed together very well, very Synchronised. It felt very comfortable the room, and i really liked the size of the room, i loved the fact that it had a dining table on top of a coffee table and the movable tv. However 1 bad thing: the wall is not very sound-proof, drunken couple next door made a lot of noise and likewise in the morning when the housekeeping was hoovering.
its a gorgeous hotel, big and clean”
the hotel rooms are big and spacious, very clean and well equipped for the stay. the italian restaurant is amazing, lots of high end fashion shops in the lobby area. golden dragon show and the tree of prosperity show going on every half an hour and it worth the watch. the breakfast is not included but its grea. the variety is not much but the quality is amazing, we have been upgraded to a one bedroom suit and it was great, fantastic view of the lake and the city, very clean and big and very well designed and decorated.
wynn macau is tastefully fabulous, same decor as LV”
I booked in advance as dates/availabilty can be an issue, this is a first choice hotel in macau but I understand chinese clients perfer the encore macau over the wynn mac. the decor is similar to the wynn in las vegas(carpet, walls) I stayed in a one bedroom suite & it was unforgetably fabulous the suite had a huge bathroom& big jacuzzi tub big black granite shower a description of pure luxury, check in is private at the newly renovated wynn club, shops were all high end, service, concierge service excellent perfect english resourceful, confirming international flights. my visit to macau was alot of fun the wynn & venetian were similar to the las vegas wynn & venetian but theres only one las vegas, macau is a whole different experience completely well with kids you werent allowed to walk thur the casino gambling area, so seeing the hotel as entirely wasnt possible which felt like a smaller place & to get to the cantonese resturant you needed to walk outside around the building, macau makes more revenue from gambling than las vegas but theres more shows & shops & things to do in las vegas the show to see in macau was the "water dance" at the city of lights hotel on the other side of the island
