Perfect Perfect Perfect!”
Fantastic property with overwhelming service and facilities. We had a Apple TV in our room and it was so much fun. Kayaking is offered free which is a great thing to do. Staff is superb! Everyone is looking to see how you can be more comfortable! I recommend that whoever goes to Koh Samui should spend part of their holiday at X2. The samui aquarium is a walk from X2 by the beach. THe 4K restaurant has a great view and even kiteboarding is frequently seen. THe travel time from airport is 45 minutes but totally worth it. Surely would repeat it if i go to Koh Samui Again!

The most peaceful resort ever”
This resort is in the peaceful beach area and close to nature.It's decorated with earth-toned furniture which could make you relax your eyes more. I chose family pool villa for my stay and it's worth what I've paid.For breakfast, you can order many dishes from the menu (my favs are egg benedict and fish congee) and there are also wine, salad, croissant, etc. all you can eat ^_^ . The staff are so nice and always welcome to service us. I recommended one day trip to nearby islands for diving and kayaking (you can contact at the hotel or ask for more information at the ferry pier). I would be great if you rent the car for driving in Samui. If you need a real vacay...you would not regret your stay in X2 Samui resort .^_^

Seclusion in Samui”
We really enjoyed our stay at the X2 Samui and got a fantastic rate through Agoda for a 3 night stay. We arrived a night early to Samui and stayed in the raucous Chaweng beach. So when we got to the quiet X2 in the morning we very much welcomed the peace and seclusion. Our room had its own private pool, waterfall, and huge bathroom. Breakfast was just "ok" with a ton of options but nothing was "excellent", though I do recommend the Asian breakfast and fruit compote. The linens on the bed were adequate though the towels could be more plush. The Apple TV had days of music and movies and is more than enough to keep you occupied. The hotel rents bikes, kayaks and snorkeling gear for free and charges $10 a day for a motor bike. We did the latter and drove about 10 minutes north to Lamai beach which is a lot of fun and has deep water for swimming.

Superb Spa Resort”
If you're looking for a great resort with spa in Koh Samui, this is definitely your choice! My partner and I enjoyed the spa and their breakfast. We had our floating breakfast in villa. All staff are friendly, helpful! Great service!! The only concern is you need longer time to travel to the town.

On my birthday I find somewhere with agoda.X2 is our choice and we've make decision to go there and it did not dis-appoint.Our luck that agoda can give cheaper price than other companies so we've had a wonderful time at a cheaper price at X2.I"ld like to say "Perfect". Heaven on earth”
As an airline employee I have travelled around the world and stayed in numerous hotels. X2 is not only one of the best I ever stayed in but it is an "experience". I stayed in a pool villa which guarantees 100pct privacy, spacious rooms everything build and finished with high quility material. I have never met more friendly staff, when I made a remark that the only thing I was missing in the hotel were flowers (I meant plants/trees with flowers ect.), a few hours later I found 2 beautifull flowerpieces in my bed-and badroom !! Since my stay I am the best embassador for the X2 hotels....

Far from the maddening crowd”
This place has a unique design of their rooms, because these are bungalows not rooms. We stayed at one of the rooms with pool and besides just being really beautiful it was like having our own little house. The restaurant has really good food, for low prices which is something to appreciate since these type f hotels which are far away from the main towns usually rip you off with food and drinks, but not here. X2 is far from the main beach and bar area, which is a relief. Yes you don't have the best beach, but the pool is right next to it over looking the ocean and you won't miss it. The staff was very efficient and friendly. If you happen to get a rainy day the rooms have apple TV which a huge selection of movies and music, you will not want to leave!

Sophisticated resort a new Thai experience”
the hotel is located away from the tourist areas of koh samui, making the experience very relaxing and peaceful. as an architect the resorts design is very contemporary and beautiful. the room is very clean and modern with apple tv to entertain you around the clock. we were welcomed to meet the manager and staff at a cocktail party they threw on the beach. we met the lovely staff and others that were staying at the resort which was a lovely change to our other stays. the food was lovely and i recommend you try their coctails and white wine sangria. would recommend this resort if you want a relaxing holiday in a very contemporary setting.

Amazing hotel 100% worth the money”
This is a true gem. Located in a beautiful secluded beach this hotel has everything you would dream of: excellent and spotless rooms, beautiful public spaces, cool pool, nice and super calm beach, great spa, polite and helpful staff, perfect food, free shuttles, high quality toiletries, etc. It is true that the hotel is far away from everything, but that is exactly what you want! A peaceful and relaxing spot with a great beach and nice pool to rest. We took the shuttle once to the nearby Lamai beach but ran away as soon as we saw that many people and nasty places. This hotel is top notch, one of the best we have ever stayed in and would love to come back. We booked the all inclusive spa and never regretted it. Massages and facials were optimal and relaxing. We would love to come back again, and definitely will recommend it with every one! Thanks to Thorn at reception, Roi and all his colleagues at the restaurant, and Toni at the spa with her amazing hands.

X2 - Beautiful Resort”
We had a excellent stay at X2. It was a little out the way from other attractions in Samui and the beach could have been better maintained. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful arranging Transport and anything we needed for our Trip. The room was cleaned daily to very high standard and water was refilled daily. We found a very nice beach about 15 mins from X2 - The Island View which we visited a number of times you can organise long boat trips from here also. My only complaint with X2 was our room was not booked with Breakfast although we requested breakfast on check in we were advised they will charge you daily which was fine. The daily charge was quoted only on check out we had a 10% Service Charge and 7% Tax added. I would understand this being added to outsiders visiting the restaurant but not residents of the hotel. Over the week the Tax and service added for our meals and drinks added to up quiet a substantial amount which I feel a little cheeky. Service Charge is gratitude not a standard fee especially when you are staying at a hotel where the service should be included. X2 is excellent resort and maybe in need of a little refresh some areas are looking tiered but having said they we found the services and facilities of excellent standard.

Quiet location, Nice Room but Bad odour”
I booked for the 1st night staying alone in the Pool villa. The staffs at the check-in counter was very attentive. Although I requested for the room nearest to the beach, but due to the on-going maintenance in most areas of the resort, I got the one farthest, but most quiet from the construction noise during the day. The resort design is very nice and relaxing. You should ask for the club X2 program which includes minibar replenishment, spa, laundry and afternoon tapas. But there was an issue with the odour from the sanitary system which could not be solved by the room spray the staff offered when I asked about the solution. It came from the toilet and the washbasin. I think they should include this problem in the maintenance list also.

the most beautiful hotel ever”
It was our first time in Sumui, our intentions were to have a nice and relaxing getaway during our stay and X2 was without a doubt the best suited hotel to our needs. Situated a little outside of the main towns of Sumui the hotel gives an island resort feel to your stay, but if your desire you're still able to travel to the hotspots in Lamai or Chewang. The villas were amazing, spacious and creatively designed and furnished, with your very own garden terrace just outside the doorstep and providing a private outdoor area. The breakfast was sensational, with a buffet breakfast where all meals are cooked to order.

Excellent ”
Our stay at X2 was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and did all they could to make sure everything was right for us, particularly the customer service manager. The main pool was a good size and set out nicely. The beach starts with a large sandy area and shallow water but then goes out to a more rocky area although with some coral. The entire hotel is very modern in its design and is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and extended our time there twice. We would recommend it to anyone else wanting to in that area.

Best in Samui”
i love my stay in X2, staff is great, great room, honestly brought my resort standards up a notch. if you want exclusivity, quiet and solitude, this is the place to visit. Food is great too, no busy beaches, no noisy jet skiis on the beach, no hussling along the beach like Chewang beach, which is way too commercialized and i had to pay 100THB to rest on a deckchair even if you ordered beverages from the bar? I hate these, extortions in Asia, but along lamai beach, is peaceful, personal and exclusive. This is the sort of hoildays i want.

If you want to disconnect and unwind X2 is the place! The staff, Villa, Spa was fantastic. Our only comment would be the food / resteraunt options could have been a little better. With not much else around it was hard to get the variety of really good food which we find important. Knit picking though overall not worth complaining about!

Great private villa but no beach”
The hotel and the pool villa is great to spend time doint spa, sunbath and have a swim in. The pool size is perfect and the room is spacious. The overall design of the hotel and its hardware is as promoted and there was no surprises. Breakfast was fine, great variety. The beach however, isn't great. We just a walk and its not suitable for swimming. We therefore headed to Chaweng beach couple times to chill at the beach, which was two different experiences (25mins drive for 600BTH taxi). Be sure to visit the local Lamai night market, 10mins drive away for delicious local food at great prices.

Amazing!”
This place was amazing, for £100 a night it was luxury, private pool, food in restaurant amazing, maybe a bit expensive if your on a budget but me and my girlfriend went here for a treat and it did not disappoint, defiantly recommend. Staff super friendly, room made up to immaculate everyday. Only regret i have is not hiring a scooter before travelling here as the nearest 7 is a 20 minute walk, and taxis into town are over charged although there is a free bus into lamai at certain times. If your still in the mozzie bite stage of your hols stock up on repel-ant because the were aplenty also but thats common in Samui.

Unlimited spa treatments? Could this be real? And for that price? YES YES YES!! Excellent spa resort for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Chaweng. Situated very close to Lamai Beach, this little gem was everything we could have asked for. We had unlimited use of spa treatments (book in advance to avoid dissapointment), over 10 in the 3 days we stayed there. The staff are extremely polite and attentive. Great value resort! It does need a fresh touch up of paint though, but if you can look past that, I do highly recommend this get-away!
