Nice stay & excellence service”
Love all in this hotel . We book 3 grand deluxe pool access room . The room is huge and clean with a nice pool view . Staff always smile and greet us everytime we met. But bad luck that we stay near the room that drink beer and talk loudly till nearly midnight at their terrace by the pool . All of us 6 people in 3 rooms were annoyed by that group till midnight so can sleep after that. Hope the hotel can manage this matter for the next coming guest to have silence relaxation at night in the future.

Beautiful Hotel”
Very nice. Enjoyed the bathtub. Enjoyed have breakfast sent to our room. Room had large TV. We even had a couch in the room and a private pool entrance but it was rainy season and the pool was too cold for us. Looking forward to coming back in the hot season to try out the pool.

Great hotel and very good value for money at the time I stayed. Receptionist was friendly and efficient and they had a nice bar area serving Leffe....always a bonus in Thailand! Room was clean and they were helpful in arranging a taxi so I could explore the delights of Buriram at night.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Only complaint - the aircon was a little noisy. We had an evening meal at the restaurant, thai food rather bland and basic, would opt. for somewhere else. Breakfast was excellent.

Very modern, clean, A/C that works well. Very well priced. Next to a Makro (like Costco) and has a coffee shop on the corner. Used Grab taxi to get around as it is a fair walk from the centre of town (if that is where you need to go). Nice place. Good breakfasts.

Good hotel with some helpful staff (but sone are not)”
Everything was great. Good room and clean with big bed. Very Nice staff at restaurant. However, some staff at front are not trying to help and support customers at all. Got 3.8 years old son with me and my wife for this stay. When i arrived at the hotel in the 1st night, we were standing in front of the hotel’s door and nobody came to help. They only stood still at the front counter. We were standing there for few minutes. Then, i had to walk in and tell them about my booking while my wife and my kid still stood outside the hotel. Nobody came out and helped at all. Not only this but when i got into the room, i found that there were only 2 set of towels so i called to the front to ask for another set for my 3.8 years old son. They told me that if i want another set of towel, i would be charged for another 100 bht. I went down to the front to ask again, same answer i got and they told me this price is for 2 only. I think this was very nonsense. Nobody will charge for towel for 3year!
