The service is great! The staff are very polite and accommodating. Hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms. This is a destination hotel for me and my family on weekends. 100 points for Xenia for offering to send via courier, the sneakers I left. Awesome!
It should have been a good stay but they made us pay a water bottle that We didnt open. They said it was open and they made us pay the lost Hotel Key Card for 300 each. Most hotels give that for free and they charge it.
Big and clean room, comfy bed and pillows, good breakfast, easy check in and check out. Very good staff and maintenance - had a problem with my room aircon and it was attended to and fixed immediately.
Short stay travelling holiday”
NIce executive suite room with 3-beds. Decent view of the surrounding mountains. Quiet area, more akin to business traveler I suggest, Angeles town being 20 minutes away by taxi. Not really for kids although it has a couple of small pools. Spa was temporarily closed much to my disappointment. Breakfast ok, bit limited, would expect to see more Western cuisine based on type of hotel. Good service throughout stay though and very clean
Location is good.”
Just 5 mints from Clark airport. In 10~15mints from Korean town. Even the quality of the extra bed is really good. Staffs are very kind. Calm. So my family decided to stay 1 more night. But swimming pool is not a good facility compared to other hotels. Except it, i m satisfied.
Spacious Rooms ”
I booked for a Deluxe Room and extended for another night. Upon arrival at 10pm, my request for a Large bed was unavailable so we were upgraded to 1 Bedroom for free. Very spacious room. Downside was their CR doesn’t have bidet also the check-out time took us 25mins.
Good choice to stay”
Very close to airport , large room(s) , shower area very good , comfy bed . Food was fine , nice bar on 4 th floor ( pool area ) . Large pool but lacks sunbeds and in particular shade area , bar should open by lunchtime IMO. Did not use spa or gym , there is a shuttle bus to shopping mall
The hotel was the worst of my life.”
I was so dissapointed the facilities and the price for the hotel. Is it really hotel or condo? The concept of the hotel is the worst. I hate the hotel even with wifi whih didn't work from 7pm to the time until i check out. I will never choose the hotel anymore.
Towels and Pillowcases”
Staff is great. Towels smells good but has dirty spots. They look pretty old already. Maybe it would be better to purchase towels for every guests or provide the staff better detergent powders/cleaners to help them clean/sterilize the towels. The pillowcase in the sofa and the sofa itself is getting so dark already because of the dirt. It's not safe if they are not changed (pillowcases) regularly. We're just so glad that the beddings and pillows on it look and smell clean (thank you for that).
The hotel was cozy and all staff were courteous. Went back because we enjoyed our first staycation. Great location! Good driving distance to popular attractions. You need to advice your clients ahead of time though, that your 1BR units do not have a door to provide privacy..
THE PLACE IS QUITE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS THAT WE GOT A ROOM FOR 4 PEOPLE AND THEY GAVE US ONLY TOWELS FOR 3 PEOPLE. WHEN I ASKED FOR AN EXTRA TOWEL, HOUSEKEEPING SAID THAT THERE IS A CHARGE FOR IT...EXCUSE ME??? THE ROOM IS GOOD FOR 4 PAX...WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA TOWEL WHEN YOU GAVE US ONLY 3??? THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS ONLY FOR 3 PEOPLE AS WELL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT. IT IS SOMETHING THAT THE HOTEL MGMT CAN CHANGE IF THEY WANTED TO...WHICH I HOPE THEY WOULD. IT'S A GREAT TURN-OFF ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE LIKE US WHO ARE TRAVELLERS. IT'S THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS...EVEN AFTER ALMOST 20 YRS OF WORKING FOR AN AIRLINE AND LIVING IN DIFF HOTELS ALL OVER THE WORLD. IT'S A SHAME THAT THIS HAPPENED IN MY OWN COUNTRY. :-( LEVEL UP GUYS!!! THERE IS A HUGE COMPETITION OUT THERE!
The rooms were spacious though their halls were outdated. The creepy doors looked like you’re entering a freezer room. Had a problem with the AC but management was quick to help. The pool was dirty but we didn’t really plan to swim this trip. Breakfast wasn’t impressive either. So if you’re just looking for a good room to stay, book here.
It was always a great and comfortable stay at Xenia. We really like the relaxing and quiet ambiance of the place. Also, we really loved the improvement in the pool area considering the safety of your guest is truly remarkable. kudos!
Good Option for an Airport Hotel”
We were looking for a business class hotel for a long layover at Clark International Airport, and Hotel Xenia met our expectations. We wanted a place CLOSE to the airport that was quiet and clean--and provided an airport transfer--and this hotel was a good match. The shuttle that met us at the airport didn't show, so I had to call them, but since our flight was two hours late, I can't really blame them. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. When they heard that we had to check out before breakfast, they arranged for a packed meal that we could take to the airport. It's a bit pricey, but since you are in the Philippines, it's worth paying more to make sure your hotel is clean and comfortable.
Not clean enough”
Upon checking please prepare 2000 for deposit in case of damages. When we check in the room was really big with receiving area and sofas but there was a water leak from the refrigerator so we have to call in the front desk to have it cleaned it was already 8pm so they have a lot of time to make sure the room is clean. I check the bed and it was tidy up but i check under the bed sheet and the bed cover is not clean you cqn see dark stain and liquid stains i am really dissapointed because the room is not cheap and i am expecting really white bedcovers for this hotel. I go to the bathroom to clean up and the glasd partition for the bathrrom is not clean its full of stain especially the glass door and the rubber lining of the door full of grease or something. So dissapointed. Not coming back nor recommend.
We were all 5 in this room... We managed to fit ourselves because the room is so big... The SOFA was used by one in our to as her bed... It was still comfortable... We just added P990 for extra 2persons because pur room is good for three adults. Without adding EXTRA BED, we managed to sleep comfortably in the beds provided. The most cost-efficient room so far for all of us...
Fast Check In and Check Out”
The HOTEL is just walking distance to our place of seminar at UP CLARK and near PUREGOLD SHOPPING CENTER... The best lication so far for those like us who want to shop a little after our whole day lecture series...
Good to consider when overnighting in Clark”
Good location and staff are nice and polite. Breakfast was alright. It has parking but needs additional lighting. So-so restaurant selection. We weren’t able to try the spa. The pool was alright but the weekend we stayed there were a lot of guests, plus there were ashes falling all over the pool.
First time, but might be the last time”
The hotel was easy to locate as it is in the main road. It may seem like old from the outside but it is well kinda maintained inside so let not the looks deceive you. Checking in was easy. The elevators are quite far from the hotel rooms. Also, seems like we were upgraded but the frontdesk officer did not notify us of this. I just found out when we went to the room. It was a nice surprise though. Breakfast is quite enough. But this is where I noticed some areas of improvement for the hotel. The breakfast is until 10AM but I noticed that at around 920AM, they were already pulling out the watermelon (dessert) even if there was still enough. So I noticed one guest asking one of the waiters about it, the waiter said that there are none left. Then, I approached the manager around 935AM about the scenario and he was so rude in handling the situation. He was not looking at me and was dismissing me by saying that he will make a follow up. I was still talking and raising some concerns about it, but he kept saying that he would follow it up and as if he was already attending to new guests who just arrived at the restaurant. On my way back to my seat around 940AM, I saw another waiter putting the watermelon back on a smaller serving plate now. I am not sure if they pulled it out to transfer it to a smaller plate, but I dont think that that will take 20 mins to complete. And, why would one waiter say that there are no more watermelons if they were just transferring it. If the manager addressed my concern more politely or more attentively, then it would have been a nice experience for me. But since he was rude, that destroyed my entire perception of the hotel so much more that he is already a manager and yet he is acting that way. Such a disappointment.
Hotel ist quite OK. Most (all?) of the guests are Koreans. Staff is kind and fast (for Philippines). But: the rooms have no easily reachable sockets and in the whole room only 2 and to reach it you have to move the writing desk.. For Business traveller who need laptop and mobil not acceptable. And the wifi bombs you down to the stone age of the IT. So in all still recommendable if you are not business traveller or/and if you are Korean...
