Run down, difficult to locate”
Large, clean, nice Staff
Acceptable. I doubt I would recommend it. It is virtually impossible to locate. The refrigerator didn't work. The toilet seat was dislocated from the base. There were no food or drinks available. However, it was clean and the people were friendly. It is called an "ocean view" but you would have to use binoculars to view the ocean.

普通のマンションなので、探すのに苦労するかもしれません。また、入り口にホテルのことが何も書いてなく、警備員に聞いたら、27階にいくように言われました。夜だったので、結構不安になりました。27階に行くと、すぐに事務所がありました。スタッフの対応はいいです。でも中国語が上手で、中国のことがよくわかっている外国人でないと、きついかもしれません。

畢生難忘的經歷 是我這輩子住過最差的酒店 這樣質素的apartment 送給我也不會再住這個地獄 一開始打車到達時 也猜到是民居的地方 環境也比較差 上去還找不到人 還要打上去agoda才聯繫上房東 原來登記入住的房間換了 擔心了一輪 搞了好久 終於有房間安排了 哇塞 那個環境 霉霉爛爛的 又舊 廁所又臭 廁所門壞的 走廊的趟門想關的時候還卡住了 開不了 也是壞的 電視看不了 我都算了 快出去玩 別耽誤了時間 玩完一整天 很累的回去洗澡 洗著洗著熱水 沒熱水了 這是12月的廈門 冷的我發誓要打很長的差評 打給房東 原來熱水是限時的 可我才洗了那2分鐘都沒有 幸好還沒用洗髮乳 房東說要等半小時 就有幾分鐘熱水 然後洗完澡 算了 只住一天 趕快睡覺明天走人 一上床 我都呆了 那個床硬得跟睡木板沒分別 第二天一起床全身都痛！

地點就在快綫旁，可直逹高鐵廈門北站。可用10分鐘步行到廈門中山步行街
不過酒店是在住宅物業，環境較一般

位置好，坐車去鼓浪嶼，中山路，廈大都很方便；家庭式旅館，房間很大，很舒適；房間內有電腦網速很快

感覺不良好”
地點不方便、圖片公寓之相片實際是普通住宅
走廊的燈長期壞沒有修理，令整條走廊都十分累暗，感覺陰暗令住客有不良感覺。另外公寓在網上之圖片，實事一座住宅和商業大廈，分不同單位，而不是以酒店式運作。進入大廈時沒有給密碼給住客，需要每次該大廈保安開門才能進入，極之不方便。check in 的地方是一其中一間住宅單位，除了check in check out, 沒有任何服務可提供，房間也沒有電話可聯絡該單位，如住客有任何需要，不能即時提出，公寓房間相片與實景嚴重不符，入住的海景房也沒有廚房，微波爐也沒有，設施描述與實際也有出入，本人極不建議住在這間公寓。
