民宿在瓊林入村前， 屋旁有老闆的開心農場， 如果可以開伙就更有家的感覺。 瓊林村裡的老宅子很有特色、漂亮。

民宿老闆一家人都在同一棟一樓同住，出入其實要經過他們大廳，不喜者要留意！雖然民宿一家人都還算客氣，但出去旅遊總想自在進出，這樣和民宿一家人同任在一楝，出入要經過人家大廳且有他們目光及觀察，其實我是不太喜歡，所以不想和民宿老闆一家人同住者，要特別留心，以免敗興而歸！

雖然民宿是現代式沒有當地建物特色的民宿 但老闆是在地人, 待客親切有禮, 會與住客互動 房內設備乾淨且新, 價位合宜, 推薦入住. 若是民宿周邊的導引指示加強, 與美化庭園植栽 會讓人感覺更棒 ~

第一次到金門旅遊，入住欣欣民宿感到相當不錯，民宿位置好，位於金門縣中間，第一天玩右半邊金沙金湖，第二~三天玩左半邊金寧金城小金門，路程適中，民宿設備新，老闆待人親切，值得推薦。

民宿的主人很客氣，待人很用心，但是民宿的地點離市區有點距離（約6km），不過如果你在金門旅游有租車的話，這個地點住宿就很不錯。
