Very nice staffs. Staff can speak Chinese and English. Close to Shin Osaka Station ( Ard 8 to 10 mins walk). Big supermarket open until midnight nearby. Many restaurants nearby as well. Got Bento for breakfast and Public bath. Nice and clean room.

Great location if you are traveling from airport on train to the hotel walking distance taxi from airport to shin Osaka can be quite costly about 130-150 USD great clean but don’t expect big room best for solo traveler

I think the cleaners missed some spots. I saw pink molds on the faucet and the shower curtain had a smell. But other than that my stay was perfect!

The customer service here is excellent! I requested an early check-out because I had an early flight, and they accommodated me. When I arrived in Hokkaido, I realized I had left a small item in the hotel room, so they mailed it to my hotel in Hakodate. Highly recommended!

because i'm an idiot, i missed my train to tokyo and needed a place to stay for a night in shin-osaka. we got 2 rooms for SUPER cheap last minute and the hotel is VERY close to Shin-Osaka station (shin-osaka, however is not a great location for tourists) the staff was super polite and super professional! the facilities are rather small, but very comfortable and the amenities are very good! do be warned!!! if you have tattoos, you cannot use the sauna or the public area facilities, though.

Staff was not 100% polite, everytime (literally everytime) I ask about something (like how to get somewhere, can I borrow scissors only to use at that moment, what place still open at late night because im starving) at the hotel lobby, they keep asking me what’s my room number, what’s my name, how long my stay was. That’s making me uncomfortable actually.

A good budget hotel !”
One of the best hotels for people on a budget! Frontline staff were very polite and helpful. The size room is expected and loved the amenities equipped (DHC products). A 10 min walk from the Shin-Osaka metro station, otherwise to the JR Shin-Osaka might be 10 -20 mins. Very pleasant stay!

Please be mindful that due to corona, the buffet style breakfast is no longer served and has been replaced with bento. Those who are vegetarian, muslim etc, do not include breakfast with your stay. I tried to consult with the staff but the the bento cannot be changed nor replaced. My guess is, the bento were ordered from somewhere else on contract basis, thus the menu cannot be customized. The breakfast for me just got burned like that. Please do check the info in the official website since this was not made available in third party booking app (agoda, etc). As everybody has already mentioned, with the price, the hotel's location is very convinent.

Great place to rest your head. Clean and the staff is wonderful. It is a short walk from Shin Osaka Station. If you have tattoos, you are not able to use the public bath. There are full baths in the rooms and the water is hot!

The hotel is perfect location for who like to take trains from shin-Osaka to go around the area. Staffs not speaking English, but they provide the all the details in English in the paper that you can read it. Public bath is good and huge.
