The staff here are good especially ms. Lea, alonso, in bistro faith 🙏 .and the rest of the staff . I stayed here first a week. They are helpful. What i like is the upgrade. I just like staying in the room whole day because I like the view and I like windows all over since I am claustrophobic and I like higher floors. So my one day supposed to be stay 🙃 turned into 1 week stay. :) 😀 only i have a comment on the room, the housekeeping are just cleaning the basic ones but not thoroughly cleaning the whole room. I mean I hope they would change the curtains because some are with stains and torn. The the white wall some had black marks. It's much better if the hotel will have once a month deep cleaning 😌 so that's it will maintain the luster of the room 😀

We enjoyed our stay at Y2 Residences. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is excellent. You can easily walk to various restaurants and bars. Walls are not thin. Even though the occupant of other rooms are noisy, you would not hear them when you're inside your room. The staff are courteous and polite. The restaurant at the lobby serves good food. I just hope it's open until at least midnight. Only complaint is the roof top area as the city views are obstructed by plants.

I was initially impressed with the location. I was assigned to a studio 1 bedroom that was nice upon initial appearance but quickly realized it was deceptive. The shower tiles black and mouldy. The cleanliness and presentation of a hotel bathroom speaks volumes. I had travelled a beter part of 25+ hours from across the world/Toronto Canada. Thebfirst thing i desperately needed was a shower. The hot water was tepid warm at best from the shower. The room was quite cold, no complaints about the air conditioner, but turning it off temporarily resulted in an offensive odour that smelled reminiscent of sewage. At this point i was worried, turned it back on and seemed to do the trick. I've had no choice but to keep the AC on at all times. Sleeping can be challenging. The first night of sleep (as i was transitioning into a 12 hr advance time zone from Canada) brought me loud outside music that radiated loudly as if there was a concert. Realizing this was out of the property's control...not ideal but it haopens. That same evening, i encountered tiny bugs, that looked like fruit flies ? Not sure where they came from??? I informed front desk who sent up maintenance to spray with freshener.i bought Lysol on my own??? Breakfast is a la carte, choice and not really the buffet spread posted online.. soups, salads, toast, coffee and juice are set up buffet style. Its a slow season so what's offered is minimal. The TV in my particular studio room is separate from the bedroom, conplete with a sitting mini sofa that. Is torn and eroded, covered with a fabric slip. Not really big enough to lie down o.n or take nap. Disappointment...what you see is not what you get from Y2's advertisementss.

The check-in process was swift and seamless, with the front desk staff welcoming us with bright smiles and helpful tips to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was a delightful surprise. It featured a supremely comfortable bed and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The attention to detail was evident, from the toiletries in the bathroom and slippers to the complimentary bottle of water waiting for us. “True value for money”
We celebrated our 13th anniversary at Y2 residence hotel and I must say, we had a great experience here. I originally booked a 1 bedroom unit, but upon check in, we were informed that the unit I booked was already taken, so we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom instead. The unit was clean and spacious, especially it was just me and my husband who checked in. The staff were good and polite. We were not able to use the pool because it was small and it was crowded the day we went. We tried the next day but still crowded. Maybe because it was weekend. The breakfast was not really a buffet but rather, you'll choose 1 from their menu but you'll get unlimited bread and butter, soup, salad, champorado and coffee or juice. Overall, it was true value for money. I will come back again here. And Will recommend this to my family and friends.
