Very Very Good!! ”
Frist, Location is very good. close to beppu station. The accommodation is pretty and a lot of Japanese traditional. The room was clean and cozy and the staff was very kind. Especially, the hot spring was good and I loved the breakfast very much.

Their onsen is awesome, especially you can book it for private usage so that your whole family no need to separate to public bath. The style of the Ryoken is also among the best we have tried. Staff are very friendly.

I was there day after Earthquake at Kumamoto. Actually, this city was not in my plan but I just drop for next destination at Yufuin. However, the owner and staffs were very kind and helpful. My stay at that night has earthquake about m5, the owner came to my room warned me about escape preparation and next morning she advise me to move to Osaka for safety. The day to move to Osaka, I checked out already but she treat me with Hot tea and Futon for relaxing before go to ferry. I was impressed about service and kindness that they gave to customers. So, I recommend everyone choose here without doubt.

Good stay but the location is a bit remote”
The hotel is very Japanese style and the owner is a very friendly Japanese lady who can speak quite some English. Our room has a garden outside and the hot spring is right next to the garden, so it's lovely. The location of the hotel is not very convenient, it's around 15 mins walk from the JR station but not difficult to find. We had a nice hot spring in the afternoon but when we tried to have it again at the evening, the hot spring temperature is utterly high that we could not bare, I guess they might forget to maintain the temperature. As a whole, it's a pleasant stay and good value, would recommend to anyone wishing to experience the traditional Japanese stay.

Lovely place & host is friendly”
It was a nice place to stay. The host is very friendly. You can book private onsen. Breakfast was good too. Not easy to find the location especially when drive at night. Missed the turn on the narrow road as the sign board was not clearly visible at night. Overall I will still recommend the place.

close to Beppu station (although no pick-up service available.) took only 6 mins by walk from the station. The entire facility is seeming like Antique and well preserved over almost 100 years. recommend those who would like to experience Ryokan (료칸) at affordable price.

Lovely, traditional ryokan”
I very much enjoyed staying at this ryokan with my friend -- close to the train station, so easy transport. The staff were friendly, and there was a piano that my friend enjoyed playing. Wish we could have stayed another night!

非常に居心地のいい空間でした”
長いこと旅館に泊まってなかったのですが、旅館っていいなと認識を変えさせられました。古い旅館なのに、ランプや机やカップや急須などを選び抜いたものを置くとこんなに輝き出すのかと思いました。部屋も清潔感に溢れ、暑い外とは違いしっかり冷えていてのんびりと縁側で本を読んで過ごし、夕方に街を散策しました。一人やカップルの滞在には普段のホテル生活とは違う時間の流れ方を楽しむのにピッタリの旅館です。

โรงแรมเป็นบรรยากาศแบบพื้นบ้านสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น ห้องพักสอาดมาก พร้อมกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแบบลงตัวมากๆ แต่อยากแนะนำว่าโรงแรมอยู่ในฃอย ไม่มีป้ายบอก ป้ายหน้าโรงแรมเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นไม่มีภาษาอังกฤษเลย วิธีสังเกตุคือถ้าออกจากสถานีjr ให้เดินตรงไปตามทางจะเห็นร้านlawsonอยู่ขวามือให้เลี้ยวฃ้ายเข้าฃอยนี

不錯的溫泉旅館”
老闆娘(應該是吧)英文不錯! 去別府JR或北濱巴士站都很方便, 步行10分鐘內都可以到達, 雖然在google map有點難找, 不過去到的時候會有指示牌, 老闆娘也很貼心, 我們剛到達旅館時提供了點心招待我們，而且旅館的佈置我覺得蠻用心的，拍照很好看，露天風呂可以免費預約! 如果想體驗傳統的溫泉旅館我覺得可以考慮! 如果真的要說缺點，應該是附近沒有便利商店及餐廳吧~
