There are no reviews from Korean users, so I'm writing this to provide information. Accessibility is poor, so you have to take a taxi. I requested an Uber in Taipei. If you have no luggage, are in good shape, and have time to spare, you can take a bus. A swimsuit and a bathing cap are required. They won't let you in without a cap. If you're busy, there are sales and rentals on the basement level, so you can use that. However, it's not a small amount. Just buy it at the duty-free shop. There are enough outdoor hot springs to enjoy. However, don’t think about the size of Korean water parks. There are also pools, but they are shallow and small. The water temperature is just lukewarm, a bit warm at most, but there aren’t any hot baths. For hot springs, make a reservation for a Japanese room and use the private bath there. There are sulfur hot springs available, which are really nice. There is also steam and dry saunas. Even though getting there is tough, soaking in the hot springs while looking at the sky is truly blissful. The air is nice, the scenery is very beautiful, and when it rains, it has a mysterious view. However, since it's in the mountains and the accommodation is around the peak, it can be old and there might be some mold. If you point this out to the staff, they respond well. The restaurant is in the main building, so it takes about 3 minutes to walk if you reserve in the new wing. If you opt for half-board for dinner, they give you hot pot, which includes fresh seafood and meat as you request. You'll be full. The taste is naturally good. For dinner, there are unlimited drinks and a variety of Häagen-Dazs desserts. The breakfast buffet may not have a lot of options, but it's a bit better in quality than a business hotel. Breakfast includes Japanese, Taiwanese dishes, cereals, and bread, which suits Korean tastes, so don't worry too much about it. We had heard from reviews that the food wasn't good, so we packed a lot from the city, but we were too full to eat it all and ended up throwing it away. (Highly recommend Millano Pizzeria) Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand wash are provided in reusable containers. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. If you ask for more towels, they will give you extra. I couldn't use the gym kiosk because I was busy with the hot springs, so I don't know about that. Everything was satisfactory except for the accessibility and slightly outdated facilities, even the staff who saw us off at the end. However, there was one thing I was disappointed with from the hotel. They did not stop a boy from entering the women's changing room, and when I complained, the mother brought her son in alone and just said there was nothing she could do and apologized. But that boy followed me into the shower room, which has individual partitions, hiding and peeking, giggling when our eyes met, shouting in an unknown Chinese and running away repeatedly. Wouldn't that be unpleasant for you? Why should my wife experience this embarrassment after paying for it? Of course, the main issue is that the child's mother did not properly manage her child, but it feels like there is no access control in the first place. Why should my wife's naked body become a spectacle after paying for expensive airfare and hotel reservations for a boy who is capable of running around and forming sentences? It's truly horrific.
