A good choice”

Nice, attractive hotel. short walk to town. Breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and had everything you would want. Ditto for the bathroom. I would stay again.

Yap”

I stayed 10 days in yap visiting the outer islands and doing some diving. In my eyes Pacific dive is the best place to stay. A beautiful building with a lush tropical garden. I was more than just pleased regarding the service. The manager did not only personally pick me up and return me to the airport (flights arrive shortly past midnight). He also was also helping me to get the permit for visiting the outer islands (Mogmog). Driving me from the hotel to the airport the office of Tamol fort and back. Comong back grom Mogmog with the small plane (Pacific missionary aviatio) he was waiting to drive me back to the hotel. So clearly beyond the expectation. The hotel has a dive base but guests are free to go to any of the three dive operator. Wifi is available. Like everywhere else the speed is slow. In Yap do diving ang rent a car for touring the island. The hotel has a car to rent at very reasonable rates

Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful manager and staff. Breakfast was awesome ! Room spacious, they are very flexible and allow early check in for no addtional fees.

Nice Hotel ,Good Owner,very clean”

The hotel is very nice and clean.The room was big and you could find everything,from toothbrush,shampoo,plenty of towels,a fridge and a big tv.Water was for free any time and in the room coffee and cappuccino.From the little balcony you had a great view.All the staff was nice and friendly and the owner took good care of us.Yang is a very nice man and always there for his guests.We asked for dinner and a menu was printed immediately.The meals were very delicious,breakfast was also good.We really enjoyed our time there and can recommend it. very good hotel with a colonial style ”

We are very pleased that we chose this hotel. We spent three days in it. It was good from the beginning to the end. Great rooms (I especially recommend the grand suite). The hotel has its own style and atmosphere. Breakfast very good - service even better. Mr. Yang Gang - manager tried at every step. You can see that he cares about the guests and the hotel. We definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service”

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable there. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. Although the hotel wouldn't be my first choice iif I go to Yap again, I would definately stay there again with no hesitations.

Best location and nice staffs”

All of the staffs were very kind. They have airport transfer service and free breakfast. Their rooms are big enough and they also have nice view balcony. Rooms are clean and they have hair dryer, hot shower, free soap, shampoo and tooth brush. You can see ocean from your room. They also have laundry service, they charge only 5 dollar for 1 load. The biggest supermarket is near from the hotel. There are some restaurants around the hotel.

Das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Charme und der Manager ist sehr engagiert. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist der Pool und Poolbereich nicht nutzbar und wenig gepflegt.

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber.Die Zimmer groß und es ist alles da,Kosmetikartikel,Zahnbürsten,ausreichend Handtücher und Kaffee +Cappuccino.Ein großer Fernseher und ein Kühlschrank.Vom kleinen Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.Der Besitzer Yang ist sehr nett und sehr auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht.Flughafentransfer inklusive und auch sonst fährt er die Gäste.Wir waren nur 5 Gäste,auf unsere Frage nach Abendessen hat er sofort eine Speisekarte gedruckt und das Essen war lecker.Frühstück war auch gut und Wasser immer frei verfügbar.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es wirklich empfehlen.Frank 59+Simone 56
