Okay but..
Very nice staff, but you get too little for how much you pay.

Location, pool area, staff
Convwniently located to restaurants and fairly pleasant pool area but otherwise fair to poor. Our mid-priced room was small and fairly dark. The bathroom was always wet because the sink drained on to the floor and no shower curtain. The beds were fairly comfortable and the location was convenient. The pool area provided a pleasant area which we especially appreciated because our room was fairly dismal. The worst breakfast by far after staying in four other hotels in Myanmar. Internet was very slow when we could connect. Not very good for the price but the staff was always friendly.

The roof top for breakfast was nice; the outside of the hotel was welcoming; the area of the swimming pool was enjoyable.
The inside of the hotel was very disappointing. Very humid. The rooms seemed clean though. The staff was always showing they wanted tips for everything they could possibly do, like opening the door. The wifi did not work. The price was way to much expensive for what it was

Expensive and dirty, go down the road
The staff were friendly. Good central location.
The room was in a terrible state of disrepair. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived. The WiFi was the worst I've had in the whole country. There are many other accommodation options on this same street which were much nicer and at most half as much, often a lot cheaper. Go to one of those.

Okay location, wifi not great
pool, location, hot water
The wifi doesn't work well, we were told it is faster in the lobby and in the restaurant upstairs, however when we tried to use it upstairs we were told by the manager of the restaurant that we weren't allowed to sit up there or use 'his' wifi, so this issue may need to be sorted out between both managers of the hotel and restaurant

It was ok,but not quite worth the price
I had an average but nevertheless pleasant stay.Wi-fi didn't work at all,in any of te two days I was there.Staff didn't speak English that much but I could communicate for the basics. What made me a bad impression though was that they charged me for the one minute call they made to another hotel when I asked them to book a room.No other hotel in Myanmar in my three week journey didn't ask money for this.
