check in was simple and friendly. I arrived about 10pm and the reception was still open at 12.30pm when I got back. My room on the 4th floor was exactly as pictured. Room was clean, if slightly worn and shower could have used a bit of a touch up but water was hot and powerful! A code is required for the door when the reception is not manned so make sure to right it down! overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location in tel Aviv!

Good location, good value”
The owner was generally very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our air con and someone was sent fairly quickly to fix it. Also helpful with finding us somewhere to get changed for our flight in the afternoon, having checked out in the morning. For the price in Tel Aviv, it was good value - hotels are very expensive in general, so this was a reasonable price to pay, comparatively. Not luxurious, but perfectly fine for the price and well located. Bedroom quite small but lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was fairly basic, living area was spacious.

Yarden Beach Apartments - Tel Aviv”
Once all the problems were taken care of, our stay at the Yarden Beach Apartments was very pleasant and great value. Building is in a very convenient location in Tel Aviv, close to beaches, grocery stores, public buses, taxis, markets. Room was very comfortable and great value for a longer stay in Tel Aviv - nice size, clean, TV, internet in room, with kitchen and living room. Not having on-site staff or a front desk made it difficult when we checked-in and found our original room very dirty and not to quoted standard. But the owner Yakevv was onle a phone call away and fixed all. Overall, would recommend.

This hotel was the best lodging experience in TLV. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The room very clean and in very good condition. Location perfect! I'm returning there the next time I go to TLV.

First of all i have to say that i am just regular tourist. Never looking for some fancy things and oh and ah....we arrived in Tel Aviv in the evening after all day around. Reception closed, i call number from voucher, man said that we dont have reservation??? Then some guy came and call someone. after 30 minutes we got a room. Kitchen was empty- no mugs, nothing....room was in the basement- no sun there. Room was dirty, it was just not finished yet. Next day at 8.00 in the morning the maschine start making noises so we have go woke up. We receive some coffee mugs in the evening. All place smell strange. Last day we left at 9.00. Reception closed again. We left keys in deposit box. I made photos of everything and pictures from internet are maybe made just from 1 room, other are far from the description. Parking: they laying: NO PARKING. just public one and if you have rental car you will looking for it for a while. The old guy was very friendly and helpfull, all other things big --

Hotel was good location and anyway silence place. Rooms was small. Basic hotel. Hotel hasnt 24 hours reception (23-08), but you can go inside with door code. Staff was friendly and helps get taxi when we had to go back airport night time.

Everything was excellent”
we just arrived at thursday late evening. the staff sent us an email with easy instructions for getting the keys. so we where able to check-in at our own pace. after we entered everything was really clean. we had flat tv, refrigerator, stove. the beds where already prepared and with enough linens and towels for everybody. they used white linen/towels so we could easily check their cleanliness. unfortunately there was no soap, but we brought our own since it is not common to have them when renting apartments. the checkout was also really smooth, you need just to follow the instructions or call their number (as we need) since the office staff may be closed during shabbath.

Good place near beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stations. Room was clear and cosy. Air condition works good, in september was important. Only breakfast I would like but it is only small black dot.

location is superb. there is no view from the windows. pillows are really bad. rooms have some wierd smell. the value for money is good and the staff are nice. if you bring with you your own pillow and you are looking for a place to sleep in great location - this hotel will fit.

Yarden Beach has the perfect combination of being very close to the beach (2min walk) and to the must-see Carmel Market (5min walk) as well as friendly staff and modern rooms.

Worst hotel ever ”
Keep away from this hotel. It is disgusting. Tiny room and bathroom with paper thin walls. You will hear all noises from other rooms. And this hotel attracts teenagers and white trashes. Our sleep was disturbed all the time. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed and I travel a lot. I could get any sleep because of other people in the hotel. Tel Aviv is not worth seeing. Not a lot to see except for the beach and service is on very low level but prices are rocketing.

the location is good. close to the beach, to Carmel market to the city center. we arrived early and they said that the room is not ready and asked to be back at 15.00. 15.00 was a little bit late for a check in but we were excited about the city. at 15.00 the room wasn't ready. at 15.30 we were still in the hallway expecting changing the sheets. a room near our room with the same configuration was ready and we asked for it. they said they cannot give it to us 'cause is occupied and we will mess all their bookings ?!? the next day we asked for clean towels in the morning and they arrived at 18.00. the room and the bathroom was exactly like in the pictures 10 years ago. nothing looks and works the same now. the blinds was blocked in a fix position, the towel support was loose from the wall - all small things but all adding up to the general impression. the last thing, and the most annoying is the dust and the impression that the last general cleanness was done ages ago.

Very good”
Good value for money, clean and great location. Checking in and checkout were rushed and impersonal. There was just one person on reception during our stay and he was always on the phone and made us feel like we were just business to him. Otherwise, comfortable bed for the money and considering we only stayed one night it was fine. We stayed in a guest room, not in an apartment but there was no place to get breakfast or toothpaste- we were sent to the store for this.
