Lake View Triple Room”
Well worth the extra for the Lake view room. Warm, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and the best kitchen facility I have seen in a "backpackers" with that amazing view and right in the middle on town, across the road from all the Jetboats, the Earnslaw and all the other wonderful things in Queenstown. Excellent place to stay!

Kia Ora, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had an issue with your toilet during your stay, all of which has been fixed up by our plumber. In regards to the size of the bathroom we feel they are well sized and fully equipped with either a bath or shower, sink and toilet in each. Some of our lake facing rooms have slightly larger bathrooms which may be more fitting for your next stay? Good location. The furniture is a bit old but clean. Room is spacious especially bathroom which is very new and clean. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Water Presssure”
The water pressure isn't that good, taking a bath is quite a struggle. Hostel Location is on the central area and its easier to transport to one place to another. I think changing the towels have a charge, I just saw a few dollars charged to my credit card (4X). Staff was helpful. Also, they never clean room on a daily basis. I think every other 2-3 days.

Being a hostel we only refresh soaps, towels and toilet paper within our private rooms however if you request a full service our team are always happy help! Hi Chong, Thank you for your honest feedback. Indeed we are super lucky to have such a prime location in the heart of Queenstown but unfortunately that comes hand in hand with a lack of parking. Queenstown does have a problem in regards to parking or should i say the lack of, however our awesome team are always on hand to point you in the right direction to the limited free parking on Lake esplanade Road. It is conveniently located at the Queenstown. But the negative point is no parking facility. Need to park about 15 minutes away ( walking distance). The shared fridge is too small to store the food. The laundry machine was great.

Parking can be a tad tricky in Queenstown unless your willing to pay there is a 10minuite walk to the nearest free parking. Our lakefront hostel however does have a small car park. In regards to the hallway fridges they are just an added extra as our communal kitchen has two very large fridges and a fridge freezer for all guest to use :) Our new laundry machines are indeed very snazzy!-I am glad you liked them.
