Nice place with great service”

The staff is very nice and helpful. They’re willing to serve and provide info. The place is clean and new with reasonable price. The room is very big with comfy bed. We have to walk 10 minute from the pier. They’re building the restaurant at the rooftop but at they allow us to go upstairs to see the Firework.

Exceptional”

Grandma and grandpa were the best host. For me their hospitality makes this hotel outstanding. Five star for cleanliness and generous supply of toiletries. Spacious room. What is lacking is there is no restaurant inside and the parking lot is not within vicinity however there would be someone who will help you bring the car to the parking and take you back to hotel. Overall it was a nice stay. We will definitely go back.

The staff made all the difference”

I'm not familiar with the other hotels and B&B's around the area, so I can't speak to how Yi Da compares. What I speak to is my experience of their staff. They're honest, hospital, prompt, and kind. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on account of them.

google上的負評，有感受到商家的用心改善。衛浴重新裝潢, 有冰箱, 冷氣, 電視, wifi。但隔音不太好, 停車位超級遠, 要走跌宕起伏的山坡路約5~10分鐘。其他都還不錯。日月潭CP值算可以的旅館。

雖然備有免費停車場，但是不在附近等待時間有點長。老闆已經有在做地下室停車場了，可能還要一段時間才會完工。

新裝修，但質料很普通，還有很多灰塵。 電視台很少，沒數位電視，畫面不清晰。 電話收訊很差，要靠窗才有較好的信號，Wifi訊號很弱。 樓下是廟，所以有點嘈及有香火味。 海景房如果沒露台也沒甚麼特別。 這個價錢可以有很多更好的選擇。

隔音太差”

一開冷氣竟然超大聲，壓縮機放離房間太近，打電話跟櫃台反應竟叫我們不要開冷氣，好險現是冬天... 還有別人洗澡水管聲音超大聲，隔音有夠差 停車場離太遠，忘了拿下車的東西只能等隔天拿了，非常不方便

日月潭週六入住$5100價格不高，但： 1.停車場是老板開車帶去草叢與泥濘之地再載你回飯店=走很遠才能開車。 2.不用身分證，沒有主動告知房型內容等入住事項，所以要自己會問問題 3.進房間整個傻眼，就是簡易民宿設備 4.有蚊子（窗戶關不緊） 5.沒有早餐（詢問時得到： a.敲門對證（仍然沒有答案） b.晚上十點撥內線解釋為何沒早餐。
