Take off shoes in the house. 6. Kindly switch off lights and aircond when not used or before leaving the unit. 7. No durian. 8. No pets allowed 9. Please keep properly house key and access card 10. Don’t throw cigarettes butt & rubbish : E.g. out of balcony, corridor, lift,car park etc.. 11. If your bedroom door get locked please contact me dont break it. 12. Landmark Residence 1 offers excellent value for the price, with convenient amenities like a self-service laundry and a small food shop on the 11th floor. However, its location is quite isolated, with no nearby restaurants and only a couple of convenience stores within walking distance. The nearest MRT station is 2.6km away by car or an 800m walk along an uncovered main road. Ideal for budget-conscious travelers who don’t mind the location.
overall okay . the process check in so smooth & everything so easy . but not easy for the restaurant around this place . About the cleanliness there a little hair inside the bathroom & others so good . next will repeat again . tq👍
The place is quite cozy and clean. It was very pleasant stay. The self check-in wasn't difficult as instructions given was clear. It will be great if there is a water filter for drinking. Overall, it was good. I would recommend it for short stay.

“Great Stay with few minor issues”
Stay at Landmark Residence 1 was overall enjoyable. The carpark is quite convenient (if driving). The room size was spacious. The staff respond is very friendly and accommodating. The kitchenette was also quite complete and sufficient to have a simple cooking~ However, the cleanliness could have been better for bathroom and bed. Despite these minor issue, the property was good value for money and would recommend it for pleasant stay.
