The hotel has an excellent value for the money. The bedding (mattresses) can be updated to be more comfortable and the room could have some decoration such as a painting. It would be nice to have a coffee maker and a safe in a room. Of course, all that above would require a higher room charge, I understand. All in all, I will come back definitely.

Our stay at Hotel Fine Garden Kuwana was great! The room was very big and we were surprised to see a massage chair, slot machine, psp player, and even a projector. Older fitout but well maintained. Central location next to Kintetsu Yokkaichi station.

Requested for non smoking room/floor but there's slightly smell. Bit noisy, sound proof no so good. Overall excellent, front desk can speak English very well!!

The hotel is a bit distant from the city center but mainly used by business people. Do not get your hopes too high when it comes to excessive talk, still customer service is pretty high since you are in Japan

This hotel is new, just opened in 2014. The room is bigger than Japanese standard. It has everything you need to spend a night comfortably. The breakfast is good with variety of choices. The hotel also has a hot spring to unwind a long day.
