very good service”
Hotel staff arranged a room at high level and nice bay view for me. The night view is stunning. Location is good and staff are very polite. I have a very good impression of this hotel as well as Yokohama. Surely will stay in this hotel again when visit Yokohama next time and recommend it to my friends.
We stayed a renovated room. It is very clean and functional and thoughtfully arranged. City view side is as good as the bay view in my opinion if you want to see Tokyo skyline and Mt.Fuji. I highly recommend to stay here.
Good location to walk around and take children to fun park”
If you would like to walk to take a view of Yokohama's Coast and take children to fun park, this is the hotel you could choose. I m impressed many thing here, except the welcoming guy from Nepal (teenage) who took us to the Japanese Suite Room with funny character and looked like playing all the time (very inappropriate). There are many shopping places around here, Hard Rock café and so on. Recommended to stay ,though.
Great location. Conveniently located near 2 stations.l and many malls. Stayed in the twin room on the sky suites on the 60th floor, very clean and large rooms and view is amazing, you can see Mt Fuji when the sky is clear. Only complain is the breakfast. Only continental or American breakfast buffet to choose from, was expecting some Japanese selection as well but there was not.
Best 5-star hotel experience!”
All hotel rooms are located at the highest floors of Landmark Tower - the tallest building in Yokohama. Great views from hotel rooms. We booked two rooms - one facing the Harbor side; the other one facing the City side. It was absolutely stunning from both angles, esp during night time! The rooms were clean, well-equipped and SUPER spacious. The room type we chose just got renovated so everything looked nice and new. Staffs were nice and helpful. There was nothing I could dislike. A wide range of restaurants available downstairs (just within the Landmark Tower). Car park is easy to spot and has plenty of parking spots. Many tourist spots are only a few mins drive away (e.g. red brick warehouse, cup noodles museum and Minato Mirai 21 (harbour)). With the same price, you would have stayed in a really packed room in Tokyo. It really worth the price and I think Yokohama is a place that you should definitely come visit!
Awesome stay here”
I booked for a twin city view and got upgraded to the Atelier floor. The room is very spacious (big to a point that we can make a roll-over) with a spectacular view facing the city (not the bay side, but it was equally great!!). Room is clean and filled with sun in the morning, looking at the city view in the morning with a coffee or evening with a glass of wine is so relaxing. Requires a bit walk (5 min through the bridges & 10-15 min with luggage’s, but it was very windy) from Sakuragicho Station, lots of food choices there. Hotel staff are nice and helpful!!
It was very excellent hotel!!
Brilliant location, big room, awesome view”
Stayed just the one night. My room was on the 64th floor which has the most awesome view towards Tokyo. The room was quite big with a big bathroom. The hotel has direct access to the shopping mall - lots of cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. 8-10 minute walk to Minamirai station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
Great western style hotel with flare, without the high price tag”
We stayed here on a weeknight in January and got a fantastic rate on the room. For less than $100USD we got a room at nearly the top floor. The view was amazing, as we got to see over the city of Yokohama and beyond. The room was nice as well, and very big for a Japanese hotel room. It all felt very western. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. There was a standing shower in our room that had room for one person, and no tub. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel because they were all very expensive. The teppanyaki place alone would have cost nearly $200 a person. That said, it's attached to a huge shopping mall with tons of food options of all price ranges. The verdict is that this is a great place to stay in Yokohama if you're looking to spoil yourself and want to be close to the central shopping districts.
Spacious with great view”
I booked the Sky Resort Deluxe (newly renovated) overlooking the harbour and the Club Floor with twin bed room. The views were spectacular from both rooms and spacious but you can see from the corridor and bathrooms, updating is needed. Overall, I think it’s great.
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel”
Very good hotel for couples and business traveler, excellent view from windows, good breakfast, amazing service, thanks
2nd time staying at this hotel. Easily best hotel in Yokohama for price, comfort and location”
Friendly staff with good English.
The room was advertised having twin beds. Hotel staff weren't very accommodating especially the receptionist who checked me in on the 66th floor. The room was newly renovated and everything can be adjusted (temperature, curtain, lights, etc.) with a tablet, which I found convenient and easy to operate. Although it has complete amenities, the room we got was different from what we expected because of the inaccuracy of the photos.
Overall Great Location & Facilities ”
For me, I needed to be close to Sakuragicho Station and this was the best. Price is upscale for rooms that are a bit dated. However, I was able to find a great discount rate. The service was great. As an American who has traveled to many countries, this hotel is comparable to what we would expect in America. Actually, it surpasses many in America. The only other issue was that the bed was too firm and pillows too soft (although, this may be preferable to others)
Great Location, old hotel with bad staff”
Staff in this hotel are not that helpful, some were even rude and disrespectful. It very unusual for a Japanese hotel since most if not all of Japanese hotels are so helpful and nice. Yokohama is a very nice city, and Minato Mirai is a great location - wouldn't return to this hotel every again. Will book in nearby hotels in Minato Mirai.
Relatively cheap 5 star hotel in Japan ”
The hotel is located by the harbour and the department store is just right next door ( actually in the same building) We got upgraded to a family suite that was nice. But the check in process is a bit long due to short of staff.
Can see Mount Fuji from room”
Mount Fuji view room added value to trip, unexpected view of Mount Fuji when woke up in morning and sunset. A lot of restaurant choices near both train stations. Night view of Yokohama harbour was fastastic.
Book for 4 persons and 2 children for 1 day. I buy package with breakfast but they give me only 2 vouchers. I buy remaining vouchers by restaurent. Acording to policy they r wrong. Bcz we book for 4 adults with breakfast. Why they give only 2 vouchers.
Fantastic location for new visitors with spectacular view, shopping, food and transport hub”
Moving walkways to Sakuragicho station which is central point for most trains and buses to anywhere in tourist Yokohama. Walking distance to another station Minato Mirai. Many lovely shopping malls filled with food, shops and entertainment. Supermarket and 3 convenience stores and countless restaurants and shops located in mall just downstairs. Service is impeccable all the way with English speaking staff. Rooms are very comfortable in size and any view is breathtaking. Very clean and nicely furnished. Also daily renewal of complimentary water, Yukata and slippers - really 5 star. Lifts to 50th floor and above are superfast - we never had to wait. I asked for firmer pillows - provided almost instantly. Reception was most helpful to change us to a room with shower for elderly person - best to check with hotel before booking, which rooms have bathtub only or you may have to top up. Didn’t get to use other facilities so I cannot comment. Will definitely stay again if in town
Great location, nice staff, dim light in room - can't work comfortably”
Great location: next to a mall, on top of office building, near lots of restaurants. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Comfortable room. Beautiful spacious bathroom and shower (esp. compared to the size of the bedroom) The only negative thing is there is only very dim yellow-ish lighting. Not suitable for working. Also comforter is very warm - be prepared and crank up the AC!!
