Best 5-star hotel experience!”
All hotel rooms are located at the highest floors of Landmark Tower - the tallest building in Yokohama. Great views from hotel rooms. We booked two rooms - one facing the Harbor side; the other one facing the City side. It was absolutely stunning from both angles, esp during night time! The rooms were clean, well-equipped and SUPER spacious. The room type we chose just got renovated so everything looked nice and new. Staffs were nice and helpful. There was nothing I could dislike. A wide range of restaurants available downstairs (just within the Landmark Tower). Car park is easy to spot and has plenty of parking spots. Many tourist spots are only a few mins drive away (e.g. red brick warehouse, cup noodles museum and Minato Mirai 21 (harbour)). With the same price, you would have stayed in a really packed room in Tokyo. It really worth the price and I think Yokohama is a place that you should definitely come visit!

Great hotel”
We enjoyed this hotel immensely. The location is superb (directly over the train station and in a beautiful mall with great shopping and dining). The rooms are huge, especially given how small most Japanese hotel rooms are) and the linens, towels and amenities nice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the room was very quiet and extremely clean. We watched a housekeeper clean another room from our window and were amazed at how much attention she gave to every part of the room. The view was amazing (Mt. Fuji on one side and the bay on the other). Many dining options right outside the hotel door. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

Great Weekend!”
We were particularly impressed with the staff. We asked for help finding a pharmacy. The staff person realized the pharmacy was about to close, so he walked with my wife to make sure she found the location in time. When my wife walked out of the pharmacy, the staff member was waiting for her. Wow! What a kind caring staff member! In addition, the room was flawless with an excellent view. We will stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Minatomirai area”
Excellent place to stay. Close to Minotomirai area and Sakuragucho station. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, professional & courteous staff. I had small problem on one night( that is the night of 18/4). There was some heavy noise from the room above for 3-4 hours and we could not sleep at all. Apparently there was some violence in the room above. Next day morning when I complained to the hotel staff they acknowledged there was a problem. I expected they would refund one night charges going by the Japanese tradition but they did not but only apologized. I understand hotel can not be fully blamed for this as one of the guest had apparently behaved abnormally and was then evacuated. This is a stray isolated unlucky experience for us during Yokohama stay. But for that everything else was excellent

Much deserved 5-star hotel”
Two things I loved about Yokohama Royal Hotel first is the view from my room which was breathtaking. I booked a room for 2 nights at the Sky Resort Atelier located in the 61st floor — gorgeous view indeed! Second is, the location of the hotel is beside the Landmark Plaza and near the Sakuragicho Sta. The rain was pouring hard and I was a bit worried on how will I get to the hotel. Luckily, the pathway going to the hotel is covered with a roof and there was an available moving walkway. They could improve more with the buffet breakfast such as including desserts but other than that, they made sure that safety protocols were still observed and that they provided gloves whenever going to the buffet table. All in all, 5 stars! ❤️

Nice hotel!”
I requested a room that has a view of Mt. Fuji and they delivered! The room was clean and spacious. Too bad we only stayed for a night. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no self-serve laundry in the hotel itself but I guess that’s because they’re a five-star hotel. They do have laundry service. It wasn’t that big of a deal anyway I will still book with them again! Great location, it’s inside the mall.

Exceptional views and service”
Our stay at the Royal Park hotel exceeded my expectations. We booked the Club Lounge room and when we arrived, a receptionist took us to the special check-in on the 65th floor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We got vouchers for the pool, gym and spa and could have easily spent 2-3 hours there as the facilities are exceptional and you can see the sunset over Mount Fuji while swimming! We also had afternoon tea in the lounge included and free flow drinks and snacks in the evening. I would also consider coming back just for the view from the hotel room and the pool and gym. It was amazing!

Great view”
We loved the view from our family room (with four beds) on the 55th floor -- watching a great sunset with Mt. Fuji. The room was large and had two toilets and two small fridges. Towels, sheets, everything was first rate. We're a family living about 40 km. away and enjoyed our overnighter at Royal Park. (The room included a variety of teas but no coffee. We arrived early but were told we needed to wait until the official check-in time. We did not get breakfast at the hotel but have eaten there other times and loved the view from the 70th floor restaurant.)

Great western style hotel with flare, without the high price tag”
We stayed here on a weeknight in January and got a fantastic rate on the room. For less than $100USD we got a room at nearly the top floor. The view was amazing, as we got to see over the city of Yokohama and beyond. The room was nice as well, and very big for a Japanese hotel room. It all felt very western. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. There was a standing shower in our room that had room for one person, and no tub. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel because they were all very expensive. The teppanyaki place alone would have cost nearly $200 a person. That said, it's attached to a huge shopping mall with tons of food options of all price ranges. The verdict is that this is a great place to stay in Yokohama if you're looking to spoil yourself and want to be close to the central shopping districts.

Best in customer service.”
Hotel Staff is always around the front desk waiting to help guests. Staff helped in checking in, Concierge service for best train routes, obtaining extra box to pack omiyage, and helped in self check-out. Bell service was very prompt when getting our luggage for checking out and storage. Staff at 70th Floor Restaurants always escorted you to your desired restaurant. Excellent guest service!

Brilliant location, big room, awesome view”
Stayed just the one night. My room was on the 64th floor which has the most awesome view towards Tokyo. The room was quite big with a big bathroom. The hotel has direct access to the shopping mall - lots of cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. 8-10 minute walk to Minamirai station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Memorable stay”
We stayed a renovated room. It is very clean and functional and thoughtfully arranged. City view side is as good as the bay view in my opinion if you want to see Tokyo skyline and Mt.Fuji. I highly recommend to stay here.

Great, Convenient Hotel”
The hotel was very nice & clean, and the staff was even nicer & helpful. It is located conveniently near a train station and connected to a shopping mall. The rooms are small, but that's par for the course in Japan. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay here”
I booked for a twin city view and got upgraded to the Atelier floor. The room is very spacious (big to a point that we can make a roll-over) with a spectacular view facing the city (not the bay side, but it was equally great!!). Room is clean and filled with sun in the morning, looking at the city view in the morning with a coffee or evening with a glass of wine is so relaxing. Requires a bit walk (5 min through the bridges & 10-15 min with luggage’s, but it was very windy) from Sakuragicho Station, lots of food choices there. Hotel staff are nice and helpful!!

Go to Traveler”
Excellent staff and great experience. Whatever you do please sKip the Sky Lounge as they were overpriced and were very disrespectful of Gaikoku hito and more specifically we were treated like gaijen. Two drinks will set you back 6,000 yen while being made to feel unwelcome. Cheers to the hotel staff and raspberries and farts to the Sky Club..

Great location and service that worth the price.”
The excellent service and facility comes with a decent price tag, however, it is convenient for accessing numerous choices of mall, restaurants, and the sub-way is 15 minutes walk away. I stayed there for 2 nights before we got on the Diamond Princess Cruise and felt it worth all our money spent. Definitely will stay there again if we go for cruise again.
