"We truly enjoyed our stay at Viang Yonok. The breakfast was yummy (homemade jam, freshly brewed coffee beans from the hilltribes, pancakes, freshly baked bread, juice and so much more). The bungalows are facing a beautiful and peaceful lake where you can go kayaking. You can use their mountain bikes to explore the rush surrounding nature. We highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the hordes of tourists, yet close to everything you want to see and need. Our hosts Ian and Vassana were very helpful in handing us information. They booked a day trip for us in a very comfy 4 x 4 to go explore Northern Thailand. It is also very easy to rent motorbikes. We thank our hosts for such a memorable time spent in the countryside and hope to visit again real soon."
