Love this place and it’s owners! Apart from the fact that this place is very homey, clean and safe what makes this place stand out is the friendliness of the owners. Big thanks to Cherie and her hubby and her sister Wendy. The sisters even went out of their way to help me look for houses around Dumaguete City since I am planning on relocating to this wonderful city. A Little quirky”
Too many signs all day ver the room. We had an ant invasion when we were gone for the day, but we were able to kill them all, they came back, killed them again, they did not return again, but we left early the next morning. Very clean place overall and not ce kitchenette, but no microwave, oven or toaster oven. Should have one of those. Difficult to access road is very narrow and Unpaved at the end. Good value for Dumaguete, but get rid of all the signs…. Just too many…. I am not a child

Cheery is a wonderful person, respectful, friendly and professional but unfortunately her husband is an old fashion type of guy, and just because of his attitude I don't recommend this facility yet I surely recommend Ms. Cherry without any hesitation and here's the reason My wife and I booked the unit from 2nd December 2019 till 7th of drckenrr o

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry you didn't feel good . But this is not a matter of kindness and unkindness. This is a matter of major accidents. I have written down the rules regarding air conditioning in the room. But you've never followed these rules. You never turned off the air conditioner when you went out. We wouldn't have turned off the air conditioner if you stayed in our apartment for only one or two days. But you stayed in my apartment for a week. If we hadn't turned off the air conditioner, you would have kept it on for a week. So I was worried that the air conditioner would overheat and cause a fire. I've seen several times before that the air conditioner overheated and started a fire. Will you be responsible if there is a fire? But you kept complaining to us. You should know your faults before you point them out. We don't want a rude guest like you to come back. Thanks.

Highly recommend this place for group travellers who wish to stay at Dumaguete. Very affordable and the place is big enough to accommodate 8-10pax. Ate Cherry is very helpful. She booked our transportation the next day from the apartment to Dumaguete port via multicab. One of our friends even peft his shorts and ate Cherry made an effort to bring it to us the next day. The ambiance of the place is really good as well and very relaxing because of the landscape. The apartment was very clean and organized. They also have food supplies and drinks in the kitchen area which you can consume and prices are very affordable. You can also cook meals since they have a stove and kitchenwares readily available. I cannot say anything negative about this place. Kudos!

The owner, Miss Cherry is very accommodating. It feels like you just stayed with a relative(with the Filipino Hospitality). We are warmly welcomed and even offered us a value for money tours. She even helped us on how to get around the city and what to buy. She is also very helpful and tends to our needs and makes sure that our stay at their place will be worth the while. Highly recommended and will surely book this again if get back to Dumaguete. Thank you Ate Cherry!

The apartment is cozy and suitable for groups. It is very clean and organized. The owner responds quickly on our queries and even let us leave our bags after our check out since our flight was in the evening. They also offer airport transfer for free.

Neat newish tidy studio apartment”
Nice small group of private apartments behind provincial hospital , deep in back lanes of residential houses ( a little hard to find at 1st - gps can do ) . Close to large shopping centre (300 m ) "City mall " , Owners are very nice accomodating couple . Recommend to have a hire car or motorbike as isolate spot from city centre . I will return again , enjoyable quite location away from madding noisy city centre .

Cherry was very helpful, providing useful information regarding tours and went out her way to help us. After visiting apo island she even let us use shower facilities when we came back (after we had checked out). Would recommend!

apt just ok”
kitchen not adequate, one burner only, pots , pans, utensils bare minimum. Bed has fitted sheet only, no flat sheet. only duvet is cover, both of us recieved rash. Host is cherry she tries very hard to accomodate however yoo apt require more improvements. 2 star rating only.
