1) Traditional & Cozy Accommodation 2) Friendly & Helpful Host”
It's no doubt to say that Yoo's Family Guesthouse is a very good place for staying which gave us the feeling of Korean culture. My friends and I had a great time staying here for two nights. It was a really really good experience to us. The breakfast provided us are delicious. Also, the host, Deborah is very friendly and can speak fluent English. I appreciate her helpful manner. One day when she knew that I was not feeling well and needed to stay in the house, she cared about my health and help me to prepare congee and a hot rose tea to me. And she constantly asked me if I feel better and warmly reminded me to drink more hot water. She is very very nice!!! Location is a little bit far way for subway but it's not a big problem to us. We don't mind waking. Overall, we satisfied staying here and must recommend to friends to come. P.S. I regret that I couldn't see Deborah and take a photo with her when I checked out >_<

Few days stay to experience staying at the Korean's traditional house ”
My 65 years old mom and I stayed for 2 nights at this guest house. It's not too easy to find in the beginning, but we were helped by 2 strangers who called the guest house. A man (I vividly remember his name as Mr. Lee??) came and picked us up at the convenience store called "25" (it's everywhere in Korea, just like 7-11). He was very nice, friendly and speak very good English. The Korean breakfasts were delicious and the morning staff were friendly. I would recommend to stay in here for few days as part of the culture experience but consider the following: 1. It's traditional house and it means your bed will not be as comfy as the "modern" spring bed that we are familiar with. My mom had to double up the mats so she doesn't feel the "floor". 2. The bathroom was pretty small and there's no shower curtain to divide the shower space and the toilet space. Luckily, we are tiny Asian women and therefore we have no problem with the size. Overall, we have great time!!!

Good for living in korea traditional house”
Very nice staff, we lost direct to the house and the staff went to pick us up. The breakfast is in Korea style, very good. Location isn't very near to metro station, but ok, as near attractions and environment is quiet.

Traditional and comfy ”
1) host was very friendly and helpful 2) very traditional style accommodation, able to experience the Korean Culture
My hardbound and I had a great time at the Yoo's Family Guess House . The host was very helpful. Allowed us to do our laundry and offered to hang our laundry for us as we planned to go out. My Husband wasn't feeling well and the host sliced some oranges for him and constantly asking if he feels better. It is definitely a place i would recommend to my family and friends. Location is a bit far from subway . But we didn't mind walking. It situated within Insadong / Bunchok Hanok Village and the different palaces. Very convenient if your are taking the airport bus to and from the airport. Buses comes every 30 minutes.

The owner; Deborah is very nice :)”
Unique experience, helpful owner, near palace
You can experience Korean traditional stay here, sleep with ondol, wearing hanbok and sitting on the floor dining :) The best part is Deborah! She very friendly, can speak very fluent english, only 1 block walk to the Palace. But quite far from Insadong center. However, not recommended for winter because the bathroom is outside of our room :( Overall we are satisfied staying here. PS: Deborah also gave us free room upgrade during our stay!

Our stay in Yoo's Family Guesthouse”
1) It's well kept and clean 2) It's cosy 3) It gives us the first hand experience of the Korean traditional culture
Overall, it was pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location is good as it is a walking distance to Inguk station and very near to the eateries/shops eg Insadong area as well as bus stop where the airport bus limousines pick up its passengers. The guesthouse really gave us the feel of being in the Korean culture. The innkeeper is very friendly and hospitable. The only set back is the walls between the rooms are thin and therefore, we literally had to whisper amongst ourselves especially after 9 pm as we may disturbed those in the other rooms.
