Location was good and price was reasonable. Meager amenities and even the promised facilities like fitness center were out of order for the duration of our stay. House keeping was slow and lacked attentiveness, if we didn’t make a special request at reception for our room to be cleaned we often got back to the hotel in the late afternoon/early evening to a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

The website did not show the position of the room. So I’ve got a room with a wall view. So, the whole picture gallery of the hotel needs to be carefully checked before you pay for your stay otherwise you end up like me. The staff is ok but not great and the food just edible but not great either. The interior design of the room is nice however in the bathroom is not soundproof so you can hear what is going on in the other room and vice and versa. I do not recommend the hotel even thou the label has good score.

Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 5 etoiles. Ni les chambres, et ni le service ne correspondent à un hôtel de 5 etoiles. Personnel de l'accueil antipathique, climatisation bruyante , petite chambre mal insonorisée, pas d'eau à disposition, pas de machine à café, installation vétusté... A vista do hotel é linda. Mas isso não basta para ser 5 estrelas e cobrar o valor que cobram. Café da manhã com pouca variedade, limpeza do quarto e piscina deixa muito a desejar. Não tem nem uma água cortesia. Ponto forte para as toalhas e cama confortável. Localização boa para quem quer visitar centro e arredores, para praia é longe, pois a praia de Botafogo não é própria para banho. Na minha opinião tem opções melhores pelo mesmo valor.

Apesar de ser um bom hotel, com uma vista lindíssima, existem opções melhores pelo mesmo valor no Rio de Janeiro. A piscina do hotel é pequena, assim como os quartos e a maioria das instalações. O bar estava com muita fila e levava muito tempo para entregar os drinks, o café da manhã foi bom, mas nada excepcional. Estou feliz com minha visita e indicaria o hotel, mas as minhas expectativas eram mais altas.
