Had a 18hrs layover and didn't want to go out of the airport. Not cheap but it's worth the conveniency of the location. Clean room and spaces, nice common lounge. Very comfortable bed. Had soap and towels. Great to have the complimentary hot beverages available at all times. I would do something better about snack display and eating options; maybe better making a food stop before checking in, but it's surelly been a fun experience.

Hotel is perfect for layover. Has all I needed in the room. Problem is that there was no easy access to food without going through security. And ‘airside’ made getting there complicated yet didn’t let me avoid having to pass through security when I left in the morning for my flight out of terminal 2E gate L37. The price was equivalent to a regular hotel with a large room and service amenities like in room food. This had nothing but a comfortable and clean but windowless room

Had to wait for 40 minutes for the transfer to the hotel due to other passengers disembarking the plane. No coffee in the machine and no cups available even if there was, compounded by no ownership to change this situation by the reception staff. Disappointed with the location as this was supposed to be airside, but still had to wait for over an hour to pass through the next gate so no real advantage, queue had no social distancing and due to the current pandemic felt at high risk. On a positive the room had a bed which converted into a sofa, TV, toilet, sink and shower which is all that is required for a 1 night stop over.

One towel for two people, no key to the door, no remote for tv. We had a reservation. We had no way to get in our room after being let in. They have a monopoly and know it . Basically an expensive sleep . We knew it was not going to be anything special but Tv would have been nice. As would two towels instead of one for two people

No food, no restaurant, no café, no facilities, I made a big mistake staying here. It took me an hour to work my way across the airport through multiple security and passport checks to a different terminal to find a coffee shop that sold a sandwich. This was not just because of Covid. This hotel is located a million miles from food and they don’t bother to provide any.
