Nice staff, location, car park”
We stay here for Koh Kood next day so the location was very easy to walk to market or restaurant. They have very safe car park. The staff very nice and gave lots of advice. They have both fan and air condition rooms. The room and towels were clean.
Lovely Little Place”
Although I only stayed here for one night, I enjoyed my stay at Yotin Guest House. It is a lovely little place tucked away on a quiet street close to the main road that runs through Trat City. It’s about a ten minute walk from the city centre. There is also a nice restaurant across the street. The owners are a very nice couple who speak Thai and speak and understand a bit of English. Facilities are small, but good. If you want air conditioning in your room it costs quite a bit compared to the room cost (I stayed in a double bed room). Overall, this is a lovely little place with nice people and good facilities.
Little little ”
Room small, garden very small, toilet very very small. But OK. One trouble for me: too hot temperature in the room. Owners very friendly and good (not small :)
Really made me feel welcome and smoothly arranged transfer to my next destination.
Lovely little place. ”
Beautiful quiet garden setting. Owners are the nicest people. Walking distance to market and restaraunts. 150m to a wonderful elevated walkway alongside a natural canal with wild vegetation on the opposite bank. Good travellers restaurant opposite.
nice and friendly staff
Nicest people, well located, great value for the price. No doubt if I come back to Trat I know the place I am going to stay back in. Thank you!!
here is home stay guest house. the toilet too too small. quiet. near the center market. not too far from the bus station
Yotin's place is a nice respite and they make you feel like you're home. It has a nice garden feel and a relaxed atmosphere. It's near the market and there's a lot to do just in walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in a fan room, which if you don't like the heat, you should probably get an AC room, as the fan can't really compete with the heat in March. Highly recommended.
The owners were very, very friendly, helpful and nice and the place was very clean. Small hotel but facilities ok with small private bathroom, tv, bed comfortable, coffee and hot water for your own drinks at a cheap price, free cold water and a free banana in the morning. I mainly care about cheap hotels being clean so was happy. There seems to be a small foreigner area for people waiting to go to the islands and it was right in the centre of that area-not much to do in Trat. Lent me a free bicycle and booked my ticket for the ferry. Ate at the restaurant across the road- nice but tourist prices. Would go back-mainly because he was such a friendly fellow.
Nice Guesthouse close to the centre and nightmarket. Small and clean room in an old wooden house. Good bed and typical bathroom. Very friendly staff. Would go there again!
Very pleasant stay.
Best guesthouse on the best street”
If you are visiting Trat as a tourist, the best street to stay on is the one running parallel to the canal directly to the north. From the offerings on this street, Yotin is the best hands down. They only have 5 rooms and you’ll never meet friendlier hosts than Mr. Yotin and his wife. You have a great restaurant for breakfast right across the street and the night market and city center are within a short walk. The WiFi also works well. Great value for money, highly recommended!
All good ”
I live in Koh Chang and stayed there for 1 night as I need some break from the island. Location is good, easy to walk to the market or the center. The owner is super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant opposite this guesthouse and very cheap too. so you all set if you don’t want to go where else. The room is is clean and new. You get what you pay and it was more than I expect as it’s pretty cheap. I would go back there again for sure.
The owners are very nice! Guesthouse clean and conveniently located! Everything jest perfect!
Very friendly and cosy stay”
Yotin and his wife were very welcoming helpfull and friendly. Location is really good. Try the walk by the river. Small but clean rooms. Would come again!
Some of the friendliest people I've every met”
The room was very clean and comfortable. Yotin himself gave us a tour for a very reasonable price around the area. Loved it here.
A great value stop over ”
A good little guest house for a night on your way through Trat. Nice and cheap for a comfortable enough room with ensuite. Walking distance from the night market and other bars and restaurants. The owners are friendly and helpful.
