we have been staying at the hotel for more than 10 occasions and usual it always satisfies us in every aspects we requires. As 2 local travelers, we have our own motorbike to roam around the vibrant area of district 7 and Binh Chanh's area. Shopping malls and supermarket are nearly (i.e. Lotte Mark, Crescent Mall), close to city center (5km).

Clean room. Worth with the price. Not for holiday. Far from the center of Ho Chi Minh city. Cost to airport (by Grabcar) is about 130k VND (3-Apr-17).

Nice stay”

The room is value for money. They have some promotion in this season. It's quite far from District 1 (City center) but you can enjoy a lot of things in District 7 as shopping mall, restaurants. The environment here is very peaceful. However the address of hotel is quite hard to find.

My usual hotel”

A very good location, about 5 km away from city center. Friendly and helpful staff willing to assist you. Great room condition and facilities, it's totally worth the price. Definitely the best in its area.

Acceptable 1* hotel”

I took a short time at the hotel but I felt comfortable. Parking place is safe. The room is small but clean. The bathroom is mordern, clean and bright. However, some room are under construction. I could not get the room which I had booked on Agoda. The insulation is not good enough. Sometimes it was noisy outside, in the lobby.

For overnight stay. Not suitable for families w children. ”

Lots of beer n food outlets operating in the evening. The street where the hotel is located has a few other “short time” hotels. Lots of coupes come n go which makes the hotel location unsuitable for families w young children. Far from city.

Clean rooms but not for holiday”

we were impressed by the price but it turned out to be a local short time hotel. the noises from the active couples were very loud day and nightly. secondly it is far from the city and hard to get food due to the fact that no restos have english menu's and are all just vietnamiese.

Good value for money. They have all the basic things you will need.

Rooms were clean but bed was harder than normal. Can be improved further. Nothing much to shout about apart from price.

Bad location”

Bad location, no taxi driver can find it, nothing is near the hotel need taxi to everything. Clean and big room, but still we would not recommend it, because it is so far away and hard to find. The staffs English was also very bad and it was hard for us to communicate with them..

Not bad as i just stay there for more then 4 day as I travel around the Q7 area.
